Well it’s fast food… and the chili cheese fries are delicious. BUT they always forget something everytime we order so make sure to check your bags. Also today I ordered “drive thru pick up” on the mobile app because I had my toddler with me and they told me to come inside to grab my order. Not very convenient.

I feel like they are always trying to rush you #1 & #2 they need to be retrained on how to speak to customers ordering in drive thru. No one wants to constantly be asked after every single item “is that it” and I mean literally every single item you order. That’s not proper drive thru adequate. It should be “is there anything else I can get for you today/this afternoon/this evening.”…….. I’m just saying…… what do I know oh and biggest thing yet is my food is never hot … NEVER!!

We went in for a quick bite, and there was a customer who was dissatisfied from waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through. He wanted his money back. He and his companion were calm and he barely raised his voice. But, the manager seemed ready to argue/fight which was surprising. I watched the entire staff vibe change to a work stoppage! The server who helped me was more interested in what was going on around her and what her co-workers were saying than packing my food. Kudos to the customer who was mature enough not to take the bait the manager was throwing out.

I’m from Philadelphia came to do alittle shopping so I searched for Wendy’s after shopping was done I found this place I drove up to park and what did I see a bees net on the letter s in Wendy’s had to be over 200 bees I rode around to other side and went inside so I’m standing at register. 1of2 a young lady with a head set walks up and I said do you know there’s a large quantity of bees out the she said with a rude angry and expression on her face and said yeah very rude she stood there didn’t greet me or ask me what I wanted so I just had to say it I came in at 530 pm Sunday july2 she should be repremended and or terminated she made me angry with her bad attitude.
