I got everything I wanted for 4.25 using the mobile app everything was delicious and just how I wanted it to be. The drink machine had water on the floor that needs to get fixed so that nobody falls. Everything else looks fine and clean.

The customer service here was horrible the girl that they had on morning shift running the register on 10/23/25 had such a bad attitude not only that got my order completely wrong. I asked for a breakfast chicken sandwich no bacon and they gave an egg bacon sandwich. I can’t eat eggs so i basically got ripped off for $8.

Told me to pull up and forgot about me, I saw the girl go on break and was parked behind me. She must be on the Spectrum to forget about the car she pulled up. I went inside and was disappointed on how the store is kept. Fries should not be on the ground when I’m there for breakfast. Means the closers did not clean. I used work for burger king as a manager. No excuses

I came in for lunch and the lady name ms. Pauline, she took my order. She so nice and always smiling and greeting customers. I love the atmosphere today because it’s nice and peaceful inside the restaurant part where you can sit down with nice calm playing music. Service was great. Thank you ms. PAULINE! The quality and presentation of the food at this location has declined recently. Although the fries were good, the Cinnabon dessert was stale and over heated, causing the edges to be too hard to eat. (I had to throw it away).The classic bacon cheeseburger was put together sloppy with no tomato or lettuce, the bun was stale and the bacon was overcooked and clumped together (not able to eat). It has been this way the past few times I have visited over the past few months and I kept hoping it would be better. The manager and or owner of this location should start being held accountable. Wendy’s was the main fast food chain my family and I would like to get to treat ourselves, however I am not sure I will be back anytime soon.

Slow slow slow! If they have a car at the window they’ll make you wait until it leaves to take your order. They can’t handle multiple cars. Management sucks! What happened to the woman manger they use have ?? She had that place up & running! She was great.

the staff here were always friendly. unfortunately i stopped coming here after one night in my fountain drink I swallowed a small silver piece. upon unraveling it appears to be a protective seal for maybe some syrup or a bottle of something. i won’t be returning as that grossed me out for good.

This Wendy’s is tops in my book. A beautiful restaurant. Super pleasant and friendly associates ready to assist you. A wide menu with lots of choices and great prices. The restaurant is ground level so it’s easy to maneuver ambulatory assistance vehicles around. Plenty of free parking. They accept cash and cards. Enjoy!

I waited 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. I have never been charged for sauce. 53cents for each sauce when you paid to upgrade your meal is crazy. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
