This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s. Our salads were fresh, well proportioned. I had the strawberry summer salad, the fruit was ripe and flavorful. Both my husband & I really enjoyed the freshness of the grilled chicken.

I frequent this Wendy’s often. Tonight there was a simple mistake of an omitted item on my order. I came back and explained the issue to Gail and she got me what was missing. I see Gail here often, I think she might be a manager. If she isn’t, she should be. She is always so nice to interact with.

Foods always good here service is slow. The make the food once you get to the window to get it it seems or/and they take customers one at a time and the next order is taken after previous order receives their food. Atmosphere is okay inside when I used it. It’s cold in there tho. I had to leave because of that.

Service was super fast, I went through the drive thru and the lady speaking was rushing me but when they ran my card they didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t do an internal review. They forgot my fries but I probably should’ve checked the bags. So always check your bags. Chili was old too.

This company has been deliberately stealing from their customers by omitting items in nearly every single order for the last 8 years. The franchise owner knows that this is taking place, they get calls, texts, emails every single day and literally do not care. I suspected this for a long time, but their behavior got so brazen that they’ve begun arguing with you when you show them that you’re missing items. Not just me, but every single one of my employees, my friends, family members and now a previous Wendys employee verified this. They do this KNOWING you won’t take it further, KNOWING they can get away with it. This franchise needs to be investigated for deliberate theft by the corporate office.

Went here late afterwork, failed to receive all my food. When I called the staff hung up on me then blocked my phone number. Had my son call from their phone and same thing staff hung up and blocked the number. Worst place ever. Staff steals your hard earned money and takes advantage of late night workers. Will be call corporate in the am to report.

We eat here frequently because of the reasonable price. We always eat in the car. Our order always consists of the Biggie Bag and additional 6 piece chicken nuggets. The drink we get inside is almost always pretty poor and the quality of the nuggets varies from OK to very good. The Biggie Bag burger is usually very good while the fries vary. We get the free junior Frosty and that is always excellent.
