Whoever was working at 9:49 PM on Thursday, November 13th should be FIRED. Our entire order was wrong. We received no chili, the wrong drink, the wrong ice cream without even knowing if I’m allergic to Oreo, the fries were awful, and the burger tasted terrible. I mean at this point it feels intentional and personal. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially considering the amount of money we spent on delivery. It’s unbelievable—were they even paying attention, or were they under the influence? I’ve never experienced anything like this in customer service. I’ll be reporting it to corporate first thing in the morning.

The place looks good, is clean
This is a small new location
At least got to visit once and ordered a biggie bag.
Location is by the Main ave and Paulison, expect traffic on some days bc that street is busy as it is with bus routes and highways all around. Unless the bus routes were to change.

The food is alright the issue is with the staff and the service. The staff was more focused on having a hangout in the drive thru rather than serving and assisting the people at the cash register including myself. I was never served since I left after waiting 10 minutes to be assisted. The Wendy’s was also empty on the inside there were maybe 3 other people inside besides me and yet none of us were attended to since the staff was too busy hanging out.

Spent nearly 30 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru just for rude Costomer service and cold food. This is not the first time this location has shown poor leadership. The general manager herself handed me expired coffee on a separate occasion when I asked for fresh coffee ( it was slow that day). Hire new management .
