Food was fast and fresh. Ordered Catfish and was not disappointed. Crispy hot and not fishy. Fries are awesome. Okra and mushrooms were another hit. Will definitely be making this our new go to for lunch.

For the price, the portions are pretty big. The food was good, shrimp was perfectly battered and cooked, crab cakes were decent. Red beans and rice was really good too.

The food was okay overall, but nothing to really write home about. I went because they have fried pickles, which were actually pretty good. I mentioned it was my first time in and usually the staff explains a little more about menu options, getting drinks, etc. It was subpar service and the staff working when I went in wasn’t helpful. If I ever go back, I’d get an order of pickles and leave to get the rest of my meal somewhere else. Maybe ordering ahead for pickup would get me better service.

My sister took me to this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago. I had the grilled shrimp, which was absolutely amazing. It took a little time to get our food, but it was not a terrible wait. The only concern I had about the whole experience was their floors, which were very slick, almost greasy feeling.

We are from out of state and wanted to try something that looked like it might work for the whole family. Food was pretty good, over all. But we found the atmosphere “meh,” the tables were sticky, and we waited quite awhile for our food. I suspect the staff were very short- handed, and we were in no rush, so that was fine… but it was not an impressive experience, overall.
