I always have issues with my order. I thought because they were a new location they needed time to adjust but there’s always an issue. Once there was an onion in my damn coffee. This morning I asked for 2 egg and cheese on english muffin and they give me 2 sausage and cheese. I had to go back to this location multiple times on separate events to get what i ordered. They need better training, maybe different management since things havent gotten better there. They will give you 2 cold drinks but only 1 straw. Make sure if you go to this location you have everything you need before leaving the drive-thru!! Now they charge for extra sauces too and they didn’t do that before. The employees are not on top of it and customer service could be WAY better. Usually not a problem for lunch/dinner but breakfast…they need to get it together.

I hadn’t been to a Wendy’s in many years, but had recently seen something about how their meat is never frozen, yada yada. So, I ventured to this Wendy’s and was going through the drivethrough.
Not sure what was going on, but it took over 15 minutes start to finish, which seems an eternity when compared to any McDonald’s where I can’t seem to get the credit card out of my pocket fast enough before reaching the pay window. Soooo, after waiting way too long for fast food, they asked me if I had ordered ABC and I said, “no, I ordered XYZ.” Then another 5 minutes and so it went.
Well, I thought maybe they are just having an off night, maybe there is a bunch of new staff, whatever excuses I could make for them. I thought that maybe at least the food would be good! Boy, was I wrong.
Honestly, this was the worst meal I’ve had in years. It started with the Coke, which tasted sort of like Coke, but it was watered down and mixed with some sort of fruit flavored soda, undrinkable. The fries were cold and the oil they were cooked in was old, probably chicken was also cooked in this same oil. Gross. Unedible. Then came the Cheeseburger, Dave’s, I believe it was called. The meat had zero flavor, it was overcooked, the tomatoes were mushy and the bread was squashed and wet, the bacon was rubbery. Again, awful. I don’t now how anyone could serve this food in good conscience. It felt like perhaps the store was hijacked for a prank and the goal was to serve the worst food possible just to film peoples’ reactions.
I sincerely hope that other Wendy’s locations are doing something different, but after this experience, I have no idea how this franchise is still in operation. Avoid at all costs, I think you’d be more successful dumpster diving and it would certainly cost less.

Usually I order through the app and everything Is fine. Today I ordered through the drive-thru. Never again goin to the drive thru. I ordered through Maria ( #3053) she should not be allowed to take orders if she doesn’t know how to use the computers. AT 1st I admit my order was complicated so I asked to erase it completely and start all over . I simplified so it wouldn’t be any confusion(or so i thought) it wasn’t busy it was a Sunday before noon. When I go to pay I tell her can you read me back my order she ignores me and continues to take other customer’s orders. When I paid I looked at the receipt. She added to my order that wasn’t in my order. When I tell her and a male(I assume the manager or supervisor on duty) she tells him in Spanish maybe he should know what to order. When I speak in Spanish she then says or I can’t erase the order once it’s placed. Never heard that an order can’t be changed. Rude and unprofessional. Please correct her behavior that was unacceptable

While working in the area, I stopped at this Wendy’s location. The señorita at the drive thru was a lovely person, great attitude.
My Dave’s Single and small order of French fries I got was fresh, and delicious.
Everything went well during my pit stop here.

This Wendy’s Location will try to be slick and add things to your order that you didn’t order. I’ve been here multiple times and everyone I come to this location they always add an extra item to try and get me to pay more. ITS RIDICULOUS

Went today and I gotta say this is the worst Wendy’s I have been to. The food is not hot. The bacon is basically raw and the soda is so water downed. The people working can’t even speak English and kept getting my order wrong. Avoid this Wendy’s. Go to the one in Stratford it’s way better

Stopped in around midnight after working a 16 hour shift. Hitting the drive-thru, I ordered a Dave’s double with cheese only and I got everything but the cheese. Always check your order before you pull away. Especially here. I made the mistake of pulling away since I just wanted to get home. Fries were ice cold soon as I pulled away. Tossed it in the garbage. Last time I waste $14.00.

Came in for breakfast I ordered a breakfast baconator and an orange juice meal I got to the window and I thought the lady said $8.13 I gave her a $20.13 she gave me $3 dollars back and said move up she’ll call me back for the food I’m like and the rest of my change !…so after about 5 min of sitting she waved me back to get the food i said where’s the rest of my change she said sorry the register is broke I said I need my receipt she said sorry miss and shut the window in my face I started blowing the she came to the windo with $5 like what?????…who does that…give me my right change mam !…im was already late for work so I had to go but I will never come to this location again I will stick with the one on fairfeild avenue…..

The food is always good at Wendy’s but this time I was a little disappointed when exactly at lunch time in the chicken nuggets was over fried but I didn’t double back to demand my money I just don’t want it to happen again I prefer Wendy’s over McDonald’s let’s get it together people
