I absolutely love the food from go seafood. A good range, of good quality. But it is the service that is to be truly commended. The staff are honestly so lovely. I came in one night quite late, and though I was told they normally couldn’t make anything battered at this late time, the staff member I spoke to went out of his way to accommodate me. This is service that goes above and beyond. I really can’t help but be effusive in my praise, this gentleman who works here, is honestly lovely. Support this wonderful local business!!

4 fish and scoop of chips for 40 dollars fish was cod and was really nice and nice batter chips were good as well only thing was to much Salt so ask for less salt if needed recommend this place also open late till 10 oclock

As a local resident of Ipswich city, I have been coming to this fish and chips shop for years. They have always had the best chips & pineapple fritters, however the last few experiences I’ve had have not been upto standard. The chips have been soggy and the batter has barely been covering the pineapple.
I decided today I would try a deep dried mars bar, only to he deceived from the photos. The mars bar I received was barely covered in batter.

I had the butter chicken curry today and omg it was amazing.
The flavour was great its all made from scratch labour intensive production you can taste the effort and passion in the end result . I have eaten from expensive restaurants and I was far more satisfied by his butter chicken then most I have had and was very well priced for the meal.
Since the new owners have taken over the place has gone to the pits.
Can’t even make a burger when he is instructed too… or he is ignorant FYI educate yourself and learn to understand the English language or listen to your customers.
Not happy with my dinner tonight…..

Absolutely shocking. Service terrible. Shop poorly setup. $50 wasted, food cold including gravy. Observed as both chicken wrap and chicken roll sat for nearly 30mins while awaiting Pluto pups chips and thick shakes (which tasted like watered down milkshakes with minimal flavouring) by the way milkshake cups lids do not secure. Outgoing owner there and sat back shrugging shoulders with a smirk and watched new owner not cope. Remembering why I swore never to return the last time I visited. Don’t bother

Been here 2 times..first time food was delicious ..served in timely manner.
2nd visit not so good.. works burgers were good a little pricey though…oil needed changing or food just over cooked. Recommend more staff as there is currently only 1 person most days.Was looking forward to good fish and chips but second guessing coming back.

Really unhappy with recent changes when ordering through Uber Eats. The items are NOT as pictured on the online menu (they used to be), and I wasn’t happy with my last order which had battered fish instead of crumbed, a plain sausage instead of crumbed, and weird huge dim sims (which were the normal ones today). However, today I specifically said NOT to send battered fish if crumbed wasn’t available but was sent battered anyway, along with battered sausage. Not sure if there’s been a change of ownership in recent months, but I won’t be ordering from there again. Really sad because this was my favourite delivery option until now.

Been 3x since the new owner in November. Horrible. Ridiculous pricing for the quality of the food. Really disappointed as used to be a nice takeaway shop. Now overpriced (which not so mad about) but the fish and everything is crap now also now waiting minimums 30 minutes each time
