The people who work here are rude. I asked for sweet and sour and the “manager” and staff actually gave me sweet chilli sauce so I had to turn around go back and say where is my sweet and sour sauce?? She said we dont have that anymore! I asked her why didn’t you say that then instead of just giving me something you think is ok. Since I am allergic to chillies …. she told me its because they are all listed on the menu that I should already know that. I feel like every time there is a problem. I did not get any butter with my potatoe and when I asked for it she said she put it in the bag!!! But she didn’t why else would I have to come back in for it. Then I ordered a large chilly with cheese they handed it to me with no crackers and no spoon then when I brought it to their attention that it was a small they said oh well I put in as a small // well thats not my problem thats your problem…. then she took it back and poured the small into a large cup and tried to give that to me and I said absolutely no thats not right. So they had to take it back again and fill it. Plus still no crackers no spoon and no sauce for my chilli. The manager should be fired. No one apologized no one offered me a refund because of coming all the way back and all I got was attitude and silence. Wendys used to be a fun place to go with young kids and now its run by older people who have no time and patience for anyone else or family. They give you what they want instead of listening to the customer its sad here.

Horrific. Really have no clue what happened to Wendy’s. Used to be the best out of the three. But now it isn’t even in the top three. The wafer thin burger on Bacon Jr Cheeseburger is maybe 1/4″ thick if that. No flavor and no juice. Honestly not sure what it was. Cheese not melted. Bun was cold. Horrible sandwich and it isn’t this location only. Wendy’s Corp need to visit stores and secret shop and taste what they serve vrs what McDonald’s or Burger King serves.

Dave would not be proud!

I went to this location at 10am. Thinking breakfast and they did not have breakfast menu. I asked person and she said they don’t do breakfast it is lunch menu all day all the time .

Very disappointed. Won’t return. Floor was sticky and again they just opened. So cleanliness isn’t being promoted either.

The managers and staff went above and beyond in accommodating my teenager’s request to have a fancy first date at this location. My son and his date had an amazing time. Friendly, clean and hospitable location. They also enjoyed their meals, the frosties and cookies. Thank you, thank you! You made these teenagers valentine’s day oh so very special! ❤️

“Outstanding Dine-In Experience at Wendy’s!”

I had the pleasure of dining in at Wendy’s recently, and I must say—this visit was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a clean, welcoming dining area. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure my order was perfect and served fresh.

My food came out hot, fast, and beautifully assembled—everything tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the fries which were crisp and perfectly salted. The associate who brought out my tray even checked in a few minutes later to see if I needed anything else. That level of service is rare in fast food, and it truly made the experience feel special.

You can tell the team here takes pride in their work. From the spotless tables to the upbeat energy behind the counter, it was clear this location is well-managed. Dining in at Wendy’s felt more like a casual sit-down restaurant than a typical fast-food stop.

Hats off to the staff for their great service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back!

They always get my order wrong! I just waited nearly an hour for my food, only to get someone else’s order. I ordered a big bacon classic and got bbq and Buffalo chicken instead. I don’t like Wendy’s chicken so it went straight in the trash and I’m still hungry. Cowards wont pick up the phone either. Never ordering from Wendy’s again.

Came in for a quick lunch. Ordered a #7 and paid. Noticed when I got my receipt that it was $2 more than the menu behind the counter states. I mention to the guy ringing me out and he just shrugs his shoulders and says I don’t know, must be tax… I said it clearly isn’t tax. He responds that it automatically rings you up for a double. I reminded him I didn’t order a double.. he said it does it automatically, which clearly isn’t accurate. Dude just admit you hit the wrong button/picture on your machine.. not worth a fight over $2, but clearly frustrating.. no apology given, no offer to correct the order.. Pretty much told to just deal with it.

Further more gives me a cup to dine in and the machine has no soda unless you want HI-C. I ask him if there are more options in the back and he said, oh yeah I have to fill the machine.

Keep in mind I was the only customer in the dining room.. now I understand why.

it was my first time going here and when i first walked in it was a bit overwhelming, the music was really loud and nobody was coming to the counter to take my order.
but when they did i was surprised by how fast the food was made.
i also came back again and they got the order wrong but it wasn’t a big deal. i still liked the food.
