Probably the worst ramen I’ve had in Miami. The broth was basically water – no depth, no richness, no complexity. There was absolutely nothing that resembled real ramen flavor. It honestly tasted closer to bland chicken noodle soup than anything worthy of the name “ramen.”
The “Pad Thai” was just as bad. Completely lacking flavor — like someone added two drops of pad thai sauce and then drowned the dish in oil to make sure any remaining taste disappeared. No balance, no punch, no authenticity.
To top it all off, we spent around $40 for the two dishes, which makes this even harder to justify.
Ironically, the only thing that worked well was their POS ordering system with the touchscreen kiosks.
Sleek, efficient… and very corporate-feeling – unfortunately more impressive than the food itself.
Save your money and your appetite. This place misses the mark on every level that actually matters.

I order ramen regularly, and recently the broth has become very clear, not as rich as before, but rather watery. The bowls have also become smaller and softer, and the soup cup is even softer and thinner, so hot I can’t even lift it to pour it into my bowl. I hope they don’t disappoint customers by cutting costs. I used to like it, but today I’m quite disappointed.

I ordered chicken pad Thai with a bowl of miso soup and was rather disappointed. The noodles were a bit dry, the chicken was made with dark meat, and the miso was way too salty. I would recommend adding more sauce to the pad Thai, replacing the chicken thigh with breast, and reducing the salt for the miso. But at least the service was good and attentive.

I’ve tried lots of Nabeyaki Don’t soups, my favorite being from an authentic Japanese place thats no longer around and the one here is delicious. Evian and the crew here served me on this day and they’re SO CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. I will be coming back again! The soup was fresh, hot, delicious and very reasonably priced! We’ll worth it and highly recommend it!!!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful and the service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the truffle pasta with chicken and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, creamy, and full of flavor. You could really taste the truffle, and the chicken was tender and well seasoned.

Extremely friendly owner! helped us out with everything and even took our tray when we were finished. Sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging, really fresh ingredients and the flavor with everything was so great!!! The dumpling were so soft and flavorful, the miso ramen had a lot of depth to the broth. Highly Recommended!
