Ordered door dash of a spicy chicken sandwich, everything on it, and ghost pepper cheese fries. I received a delivery a hour later of a plain chicken sandwich, not even a condiment, and a small plain fry. Food was solid after putting it in my air fryer and adding my own sandwich toppings.

What do the drive to is pretty fast. The food was great. French fries were very good. Chicken sandwich was delicious. overall 4 stars because I was the passenger and we went to the drive through. I do not know what the inside was like.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. On top of that my order was screwed up, no surprise there. If you can’t properly staff and serve people close down. Crappy service is worse than closing down for the day.

I just recently went through the drive-through and I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag usually it’s about five dollars and some change and when I was done doing my order, the lady said my total is 8.68 , To me that didn’t sound correct, but I was in the drive-through so I pulled up to the so I pulled up to the window and I asked the person at the window if they can verify my order and again I restated that hey I ordered my junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and it said my total is 8.68 so I asked Is that correct at the window the woman at the window was really rude for one and two the woman argued with me about what I ordered . she said I ordered that eight dollar meal which I did not and I verified that to her, I didn’t order that. I ordered the junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and I just felt like I wasn’t being listened to . And I feel like if I need the order to be corrected I shouldn’t have to argue with the person at the window , you should do right by the customer and double check the order .
They realized the order was messed up, which was great and I thought everything was fine. I paid for the correct amount which is five dollars and some change but as soon as I pulled up to my house the biggie bag was missing my chicken nuggets. I have my sandwich. I have my fries, but not my nuggets after I just paid. I probably should have doubled checked before I left, but still. I never had issues there before but this experience really put a bad taste in my mouth.

What the heck is this! My husband asked for double fish sandwich and this is what they gave him!. My fries were cold after I asked for them to be hot. My daughter got a kid’s meal instead of a small. Chicken salad… The night shift there has no management! There is nothing but teens who have no care to do their jobs correctly. Never coming back here.

Grilled cook was very rude and vocal ,he swore infant of myself and several other customers like it was an acceptable thing to do . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL he belongs somewhere away from people operating a shovel or something . He dont belong serving the public yelling obscenities in front of children and other customers again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Can’t go wrong with Wendy’s, good fry portions, got through a long line in the drive thru quickly, and all staff had masks and gloves. New pub sandwich was properly loaded with toppings and sauce
