Update Summer 2025- the breakfast sandwich lineup is delicious! Lots of choices. We stayed and dined in. Nice quiet relaxing environment. The staff is still great.
Wonderful, cheerful front counter staff person. Food was hot and delicious as always. The dining room was clean! Try thier “biggie” bag. The prices at this location are very reasonable. The outside of their building has beautiful Hosta flowers in bloom and the grounds are kept clean.

I just wanna say I am weirded out by AI taking my order and not a real person. But this was quickly forgotten when I went to receive my food and lo and behold was given an extra chocolate frosty. The man at the window at 10:45 pm was a hero. Not all hero’s wear capes, they wear red polo shirts. Somewhere Dave Thomas is smiling down from his Square Hamburger in the sky.

Unless you mobile order are doordash or drive through good luck you’ll be standing there being ignored while they all rush to do doordash orders while you’re trying to order. Multiple times of either being ignored until leaving or having rude drive through workers who are rude and don’t seem to knpw what they’re doing.

What are the original chicken crispy the large one the thing is flat and hard you try and call them. They will not even pick up the phone. I do not recommend to buy that at all. That’s not like it used to be you better off going to McDonald’s or Burger King

I will start by saying the young lady who was working the dining room register, gets 5 stars from me. Not only was she handling the people inside, but door dash orders also. She kept apologizing to the customer in front of me, the couple and their kids behind me and also myself because the wait was ridiculous, could tell she was overwhelmed from lack of help (and in my opinion, she probably would have breezed right through the diner line if there was not a million employees standing around laughing and talking with eachother!) . I felt awful for her, not only did her ‘co-workers’ completely ignore her (she literally had to ask for fries 4 times for the customers order before me) but they also paid no mind to any of us in line waiting….. The Group yes GROUP of about 5 of them just continued talking amongst themselves, laughing and having a grand old time, standing at the fry station. I stood in line for a little over 20 minutes, and the entire time there was only 1 customer before me. Never saw a manager once, no one seemed to be in charge or care besides that one girl… Finally got my food.. to get home and open the bag to find a small fry, not even half full, and a junior bacon that had 1 small piece of bacon on it and looked anything but appetizing, I didn’t even eat the thing!

I previously worked at Wendy’s in Ashtabula, Ohio, I’ve never seen anything like it. I really just could not believe the situation, ( 5 people crowding a fry station, not paying attention, goofing around isn’t safe) Fun and conversation at the work place, is fine … But you wait until there are no customers, and especially none in the dining room! My personal complaint is that the burger itself was too cold for me, otherwise the food and Frostee is just like what I remember it to be the last time I visited this Wendy’s, 2016ish. The party I was with complained about her order – the chicken was cold, the wrap was too small, and the edges of the wrap looked nasty. Her diet Coke looked nasty coming out of the dispenser, so the cashier gave her her soda from behind the counter somewhere. Overall, I myself would go back just for the Frostee alone…
