This location is very poor. They are always out of specific donuts, and today I ordered a pink frosted donut with sprinkles and it didn’t even have a hole in it (was not tasty).
Not to mention everything just looks amateurish, I wouldn’t recommend buying donuts here. I’d make the drive elsewhere if it means getting access to a full menu, and a well represented donut.
Also they forgot an entire donut that I ordered on the side as well.

Besides the attitude I got going through the drive thru and the loud sucking of the teeth because I asked for whip cream to be added to my iced coffee, it was fine. The iced coffee was great. Work on the customer service and the drive thru experience will be great all over. A customer shouldn’t drive away upset and wondering why were they treated that way, when they gave no occasion for it. All because I forgot to ask for the whip cream in the beginning? Really? But thanks for the iced coffee!

PSA this dunkin location automatically charges card tips through drive thru. We went to get donuts at 8pm and they closed at 10pm. My husband tried to go in and they said he needed to go through the drive thru. When he paid instead of giving him the card reader they asked for his card and charged a tip without his permission. Also they did not have donuts. When asked the manager via phone, the manager said he had no idea what was going on. Who knows how many employees are tipping themselves without the customers knowledge. Unethical. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! OR JUST DONT COME TO THIS DUNKIN

Oh wow we ordered only 3 items and the girl who took our order disappered.. What??!!! How it could this happen? WE ONLY ORDERED 3 ITEMS!!! 2 drinks and 1 donut! So disappointed how the staff doesn’t care about proper service to their costumers these days… The worker who made our drinks completed our order.

Apparently the Sabrina carpenter drink and the wicked refresher is the same drink. I got told that by the staff. And I said no it is not, they refused to give me my correct drink. And I was not even being rude. Hopefully the manager tells them it’s not the same drink.

Food is never cooked long enough and ALWAYS comes out cold. 3rd time this month I’ve had my sandwich like this. Drinks are good. Service is a little slow, but they are usually pretty busy. Fix the food…

I don’t live in hinesville but, I went to a car show hosted by this Dunkin Donuts. While I was there of course I got some jelly filled donut holes with hashbrowns. The food was amazing, it was my first time actually eating Dunkin donuts. The staff as busy as they were with their normal traffic and the car show people were still very friendly and worked hard to get food out fast. The car show was completely FREE to enter and spectate. They had so many cars out and it was a great time. I even won a trophy!
