Website says they open for breakfast starting at 6. I pulled up this morning at 6:40 trying to order breakfast before heading to work. The lights were on, cars in the parking lot, no one there.

this is the worst Wendy’s I have ever went to in my life. I put in a mobile order at 10:15 mind you breakfast ends at 10:30. I pulled up to the drive through @ exactly 10:20 and they refused to serve me my order that I had paid for because THEY DIDNT WANT TO COOK EGGS. never coming here again worst staff and worst customer service I would give them no stars if I could Wendy’s do BETTER

I went inside today and ordered a burger with only pickles and ketchup. When I got my order my burger was incorrect. Annoying. I went back inside to get it fixed. I was then told by the person who took my order , that it was my fault. I should have specified what ONLY meant. And that I should have said what I didn’t want on my burger.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Service was terrible and when I got home the food was so old the bun was hard like it was microwaved for 10 mins and the fry’s tasted like they were made this morning. I threw all the food I just bought away. I called the store to complain and someone said oh well and hung up on me. What a waste of $23.63. I do not recommend going to this Wendy’s at all.

Whatever the idiots at this Wendy’s are paid. It’s far too much. Can’t think of a single positive thing about my visit. You ask at the window for something and they instantly forget you ask twice at the drive throughand at the wibdow they still forget. My visit on 8/27 at 3pm. They never make mobile orders in advance. You get there to pick it up and they make you pull ahead and wait especially frustrating when you’re picking up for eight or 10 other employees. This happens over and over. The Phone System both locally and nationally to report this is such a maze you’ll never get through. I gave up here, but if I ever run into CEO Todd Penegor..

The food was hands-down the best meal ever gotten. I come to eat at this particular Wendy’s very often. Even though this place is understaffed and sometimes slow, does not mean they are the worst. People have to realize that fast food chain restaurants are constantly losing workers due to the lack of experience and work ethic. Just remember that no one is perfect and the workers are just trying to do their job.
