Bon Ami- Bistro and Creperie, a restaurant in the West Washington Park neighborhood of Denver, offers authentic French cuisine in a casual bistro setting. The Dinner and Brunch are served every day. Monday through Friday 4 pm till 6 pm join us for a Happy Hour, enjoy half price on all bottles of wine and stay for our intimate twilight lit patio. Please note Dinner menu opens at 5pm. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the restaurant. We would like to kindly ask to include babies and toddlers into your reservation so that we could adequately plan our service. Reservations will be asked to provide card information and will be charged for no show or last minute cancelations (no less than 12 hours of your reservation).

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. We had the cheese tray for our appetizer and it was delicious- there was only one cheese we didn’t like. The bruleed apples were delicious on this. For our meals, I got the chefs special pork chop and my husband had the filet mignon. Both were amazing. For dessert we had the creme brulee. We wish it had berries or something on it, and the dish was cold instead of the sugar being warm. Overall, everything was delicious. We were hoping for something a little more special for our anniversary but all they did was put one candle in our dessert.

I went to Bon Ami for the first time tonight. I had one of the specials (rabbit ravioli), chocolate mousse and a glass of Malbec. The food was wonderful, but the service was even better! Chad was our server and he was amazing, you couldn’t ask for better service! I will definitely be back to try more dishes as so many sounded delicious .

Lovely French bistro. Very prompt and friendly service. My meal was the crépe of the day and the crépe itself was nicely cooked. However, it was not like anything I’ve ever encountered in France. Much of the menu looks Americanized and every heavy which was the case with my meal. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff cares about the details. It would be a great environment to meet up with friends or to hold a small birthday party. I will be back but try something completely different.

We had such a wonderful experience here. We came for the gluten free crepes, but we would come back for the service. It was truly the most attentive service we’ve had anywhere in the last 4 years. Everyone was so kind and checked on us multiple times regarding GF sauces, bread and drinks. The mimosas come in various flavors and are generous portions. Cute patio and homey decor in the cutest way. Can’t wait to come back when the rain finally stops!

We had an incredible evening at Bon Ami with a group of eight, and everything from start to finish was outstanding. The oysters in white wine were fresh, perfectly balanced, and set the tone for the night. The cheese board was beautifully curated, and the bread and butter were so good they could have been a course on their own.

We enjoyed the beef stroganoff and seafood crepe last week. Also the beet salad. We sat in a booth near the front door in the bar area. That kind of seat can be problematic but besides being a little noisy, it was fine. It was also a warm night so didn’t get drafts from the front door. Our service was great and I think the value is fair. I’ve been here in summer and eaten outside and that is a treat.

This place is quite a wow. I’m a big fan of French cuisine and they delivered in a big way. The crepe Benedict and crepe crab Benedict were both beyond my expectations. Perfectly cooked with perfectly poached eggs I couldn’t ask for more. As well seasoned as they come and fantastic service to match. It feels a bit formal for brunch but it’s not a complaint as there is nothing here to complain about. If you haven’t been here you need to go. I would eat here daily if I could. I cannot wait for dinner.

4.5 Adorable outdoor patio area and overall good brunch. Prices of various crêpes seem steeper than what they should be, but they were delicious. If I was from the area I’d be back to slowly make it through the menu. Great drink list and we each had a couple.
A couple issues service-wise like forgetting bread which we got from another waitress and a mix-up with an order but nothing drastic and things were fixed.
