Miserable. I was literally the ONLY car at the drive thru and the restaurant was empty. Drive thru employee asked me to wait a few minutes… It ended up being six minutes. I told her there are limits and she said “short-staffed.” The attitude when I pulled up to the window was miserable. And there were THREE people working there. So, three people can’t handle one order? Gave me attitude when I asked for ketchup, gave me attitude because I was still trying to place 3 drinks in my car when she asked for payment. Miserable. And, could you at least put a FULL SLICE OF LETTUCE on the sandwich? They put a third of a slice. It’s LETTUCE, not goldleaf. Miserable. They should fire that miserable, useless sk*nk. I have zero respect for people like her. You want respect, you have to give it. You also have to earn it. Food was cold, for all the time we sat waiting for her to take our order. I won’t be going back ever. Clean house or shut it down.

I’m not big on fast food but the few times I will get something is at Wendy’s and this one was a step above any other that I have gone to so far. They were super busy but the service was very quick yet patient and kind with ordering. I had to compliment the gentleman handling orders. The fries were amazing. Fresh, crispy, salted perfectly. It was definitely a step above in fast food experience. So much so that I finally tried their breakfast a few days later.

Employees DO NOT work well together and it shows. Rolling eyes at each other, complaining when someone leaves at their scheduled time. Manager was just angrily slapping food together. Had to send my frostee back because they only filled it half way. And didn’t get the cheese i asked for on my chili. No teamwork there AT ALL.

I went to the Wendy’s in Ludlow and if I could give -5 stars I would was such a horrible experience. I went on 5/18/23 around 7:15 PM, I ordered two biggie bags with a diet coke and strawberry lemonade. The food was disgusting, food was cold and the fries tasted like they we old they were so cold and soggy. The girl at the drive through didn’t get the Diet Coke right gave us Ice tea or something. She didn’t give us any straws or napkins, it was so disgusting we threw the food out and went elsewhere which is what we should of done right from the start. Complete waist of money! Will not be returning. Management or Corporate needs to make some changes in this location!

My order is constantly wrong when I order from this restaurant. The manager seems to be doing all of the work. There is not adequate support to the staff for training. I received a greasy wrapper for my burger…gross.

The Ludlow location is a painful experience. There is no doubt they need more help like most businesses out there but repeating the same mistakes regardless of whose working is a breakdown through the whole process, not just management. Huge wait times when there are only a couple of cars. Good luck ordering a hamburger with just ketchup and pickles. They always add cheese. Soon enough you might have a 6 year old throwing the food back at you. The old location was never this bad and it only lasted a few years. I don’t see this one lasting too long either. Too bad though, Wendy’s overall is better than the others. But not this location.

Our order is always wrong , I like to give the benefit of doubt, but seems hopeless for this Wendys. They take it down correctly on the screen through the drive through and then comes in short with missing sandwiches, no mustard, cheese added on to hamburgers, sandwich not made currently , forgetful with the sauce. Never gives us our receipt , so we can’t do any surveys or have any of the issues resolved properly.
