Can’t pick up more than two mobile orders per drive thru car. *THIS ISNT EVEN A CORPORATE RULE*. If this location wants to enforce something like this it should be posted clearly and on the mobile app rather than making a paying customer wait an additional 45+ minutes to get their food while being laughed at by the workers for not knowing this “rule” and being frustrated by it after already waiting in line for 45 minutes. People do mobile orders to make it easier on the workers so thinking that making us wait longer is at all helpful to anyone when the third order is clearly ready and they just don’t want to hand it out to us is another level of crazy. The workers were not apologetic or accommodating at all. Posting this as we leave for the time and date and hopefully they may be held accountable

They are open late, which is great. Usually if you order after 9:00 pm your order will be correct. You order during the day, you’re screwed. Maybe a 50/50 shot of getting the correct order. You just have to make the best of it. I am going to intentionally order the wrong item, may get lucky and get what I want.

From past experiences I knew My food would be cold, not warm, nor hot as expected. I gave it another shot after getting out of work. It was cold fries cold chicken cold, burger cheese didn’t melt because it was cold. This place WAS good but staff does not care. Temperatures pose a risk. Not worth it.

Went with Mom, after church, for a quick bite through their drive-through. It was quick and easy, yet somewhat confusing. I wanted a 2 for$8 meal but ended up with 2 meals @$8 each that included nice, thick fries a drink and a Jr cheeseburger with bacon. I like that their meats aren’t frozen, which makes for a tastier burger. I also like the unshredd3d lettuce and tomato. However I has not planned to spend $17.

this is the second time i’ve visited this location and both were awful. walked in the door and wasn’t greeted by the employee literally standing at the register. she took our order 5 minutes later, normally, but upon giving my boyfriend his change the cashier practically dropped it in his hand (germs are icky so i get it but she was wearing gloves) and THEN proceeded to grab the single bills she had haphazardly placed onto the counter and, without straightening them out, grabbed them in a handful and gave them to him as is. also asked if to here or to go, it was an order for IN the restaurant and we were still given a bag (just like last time). was never asked if we wanted a receipt, either. just poor customer service all around. The cherry on top was our food being cold directly after taking it out of the bag 🙂

It is not difficult to come to work sober. After placing a mobile order, I went into Wendy’s and noticed a few employees behind the counter lounging around. One of them appeared to be under the influence and strongly smelled of marijuana. If you are unable to work a shift while sober, I suggest seeking help.

I moved out of the area about six months ago and I’m still working in the area so I stopped at Wendy’s today on my way home from a very long day at work and my experience sucked so bad that I just won’t be back. I mean in reality this wasn’t the best place to go anyway as they’ve gone downhill in the past three years in my opinion, but now it’s so much worse .
This has to be the worst Wendy’s this side of the moon. Customer service is absolutely atrocious, I don’t even think there’s a manager on duty and I would be shocked to find out I’m wrong, and I don’t know what the hell they’re hiring these days, but it’s unpleasant to deal with. Shame on Wendy’s in Hadley, Massachusetts, you need to do better.!

Be prepared to wait. I waited about 10 minutes to place my order with 5 customers in front of me. I waited another 10 minutes to be served. There were people shuffled all over the restaurant waiting for their food. Out of all the Wendy’s I go to, this is always the slowest. They did make my burger properly though. I alway hate it when a store puts my cheese on the bun. The parking lot is small, and there’s a pile of junk behind the drive through order sign. Just looks unsightly. Update on my sandwich. The bacon was overcooked and brittle, and there was very little of it. This isn’t a Baconator it’s a bacon hater.

I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches on August 10th at 10:00 a.m.. there were four cars in front of me. I waited at the speaker to order at the drive-thru for 10 minutes. And I get to the window and the girls says we’re waiting on eggs. Do you still want your order? I said yes. Got my sandwiches both filled with eggshells. I literally could pick them out if the sandwich whole. It’s bad enough that it had to wait a half an hour to get these sandwiches from ordering at the drive-thru to paying and receiving them and then to have them not even edible.
