I’ve only visited this spot once, but it instantly became a place I’d gladly drive 30 minutes for again. The pho was incredibly flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the broth had that cozy, homemade taste that’s hard to beat.
The staff was welcoming, the service was quick, and the whole experience was just really satisfying. Even though it’s not close to home, I can definitely see myself coming back. Totally worth it!

Delicious Fried egg rolls, sizzling plate is a little pricey for its size and portion. Bbq beef Sandwich was fresh and good . Beef pho was good not great, broth tasted a little watery. We will definitely be back to try their sandwiches. Great service. Very clean in the inside.

Wow, who would have thought you could find a great Vietnamese place in Yucaipa? Pho was quite good with a yummy stock and lots of fresh bean sprouts and basil – just as i like it. What stood out was the banh mi (hence the name, I suppose). I’m not a huge banh mi connoisseur as it is usually too meat heavy for me, but their veggie was amazing and fresh with lots of pickled vegetables, fried tofu and crispy soy strips on a fresh homemade fresh roll. So happy this place is close!

They bakery their own bread daily here, and it really shows in the quality of their sandwiches, which are among the best banh mi I’ve had anywhere. My favorites are the crispy pork belly (when available) and the 3 egg banh mi, though I wouldn’t turn down the beef, bbq pork, or brisket either.
The pho here has been exceptionally good every time we visit. It’s such a good quality broth that I don’t even add any poison or Sriracha to it, as I want the full flavor. The sizzling beef plate is another amazing dish that makes it difficult to order just one entree. It’s served with your choice of bread or rice, two sunny side up eggs, and a portion of a chicken liver plate that is so good you wouldn’t know it was liver if somebody didn’t tell you.
The fresh lemonade is always delicious and the Vietnames iced coffee is always on point! Of all the Vietnamese restaurants in the Yucaipa/Calimesa/Beaumont/Banning area, this is hands down the best. The only reason I dont extend the geographical superlative is that I don’t have a need to venture further to get great Vietnamese food.

I used to come here a lot when I lived in the area and when it first opened and after, food was great. Service was top notch with all the aunties and uncles working behind the counter and serving the food. I came today for two sandwiches with my wife and we were left severely disappointed with the customer service we had with the cashier and how inattentive he was, the bread was wider than we remember, and lacked the distinctive crunch bahn mis normally have. Her bbq pork was hardly grilled and marinated and looked like it was just boiled. The only good interaction we had was with the young lady in a face mask that was very attentive to the store. Unfortunately may not be coming back again.

Yucaipa has a great new Vietnamese restaurant and it’s tasty, delicious and worth a visit!
Banh MI Minh Nhat,located in Yucaipa Valley Center on Yucaipa Boulevard,features a great menu,a sparkling clean dining area and plenty of parking!
We had their traditional Banh Mi sandwich with fresh veggies,pork slices,cilantro,jalapeño and sauce on their made on the premises french roll-tasty, delicious and a very generous portion-the price is about $8.00-10.00 which is very reasonable for the quality of the sandwich! We also noticed how freshly made the sandwich was and the ingredients were not salty as some Banh Mi sandwiches that we have tried sometimes elsewhere.
We also had 2 of their made to order veggie spring rolls with litely fried tofu-really tasty with inhouse made peanut dipping sauce!
Next time we visit we are going to try their pho soup entre-they have a great selection on their menu!

In mid October we visited Minh Nhat for the first time. It is a small, cozy, clean little restaurant. The young lady taking our order was kind and recommended a salted caramel coffee. While we were planning on taking everything to go, we ended up eating our bahn mi’s right away. We ordered salted cream Vietnamese coffee, regular iced coffee, banh mi numbers 1,2, and 7, fried egg rolls, and spring rolls. This place was so tasty and we most definitely will be returning.

Excellent bahn mi. Bread was delicious, crispy on the outside, soft in center. Lots of meat and veggies. I had pork belly. It was cooked very nicely crispy but not sry. Husbamd had beef brisket. Also very well prepared and tasty. Friendly staff. We’ll go again soon.

So happy to have a new Vietnamese spot in town! Yummy bahn mi on fresh baked bread and the pho broth was so flavorful. Service is a touch slow, but I feel like that is due to how new this place is, but it doesn’t take away from the quality of food. I would definitely recommend this place and come again.
