We had the pleasure of having Roman as our server! Very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu items. Our food was amazing and definitely surpassed my expectations! Hot Honey Lemon Pepper wings were amaaaaazing! Pizzas were great and nicely balanced with the cheese/toppings crust! Carbonara was rich and creamy ! This is def a great first time experience! We would def come back if we were in the area! Thank you, Roman! ❤️

We have been seeing this place all over our social medias and finally decided to go check it out! We went on a Tuesday evening and it a very cute little place. We got seated at the bar as it had no wait. The bar was spacious and intimate at the same time.
The server was super nice and helped us pick from their amazing menu! They had so many options that we could t make up our minds. We ended up getting two martinis which were fabulous, and how awesome is it that you get to print pictures on the drink?! For food, we tried two pies (Veggie Lovers & Pesto Mushroom). Our personal fav has to be Pesto Mushroom. For dessert we got the Tiramisu which I would not get again personally as it was a hit too sweet, lacked the coffee flavor and the biscuits were not fully soaked.
I definitely recommend this spot! They have plenty of parking and great food!

We had a wonderful meal!! The lemon cheesecake martini was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The hot honey char pizza and truffle pizza were delicious. We ended the meal with biscoff gelato and it was out of this world. The only small con was our drinks didn’t come out until the pizzas did, our waitress said the bar forgot our ticket. Overall a great experience and we will be back.

I really enjoyed my experience at Sunnyside! I heard great things and had really high expectations. Highly recommend making a reservation as this is a popular spot. Parking is free with a dedicated shopping center lot.
I ordered the ATL Scoop pizza with marina sauce instead of the buffalo sauce it comes with. It was good! My friend and I split the lemon pepper wings, and they have a slight kick, but were delicious. I also ordered the basil gimlet with tequila and it was so good and refreshing.
The staff is amazing! Roman was our waiter and he came in clutch with recommendations and was super attentive and helpful. I’m looking forward to coming back soon!

I had been wanting to check out Sunnyside Pizzeria FOREVER. I originally had found out about the place because of a video I saw on TikTok where they do martinis with your face on it….yep, you read that right! Me, my wife, and our two best friends came for dinner one night on a Friday. We came by, and put our name on the list. I don’t think they take reservations. We waited for about an hour before we got seated. Luckily this is in a shopping center with other restaurants, so we grabbed a drink from another place to kill the time. Sunnyside is quite small, so there aren’t a lot of tables. If you have more than 4 people, it may be a little difficult to get a table, so keep that in mind.
We started with drinks. Like I said, they do custom martinis. You can scan this QR and add a photo on any of their martini drinks. I did an espresso martini (obviously), and it turned out so cool!! It doesn’t take long at all. It’s not an additional cost either, you just pay for the drink. This was such a fun thing to do!
Moving on to appetizers, we got the Caesar salad and their limited time hot honey lemon pepper wings. The wings were sooooo good. They were cooked perfectly, and had a good amount of meat on them! So flavorful too. The salad was good too, nothing too special, but good regardless.
For the mains, we got two pizzas and a pasta. We got the spicy rigatoni vodka and then the hot honey char and margherita pizza. the pasta was good!! It had a nice bite to it too, which I love. The hot honey char pizza….I have no words. This might be one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I actually believe it’s their most popular pizza. It was heavenly. It had the cupped pepperoni too, which I LOVE. The hot honey was such a nice touch too. I’m honestly still thinking about this pizza. The margherita one was good too, but the honey char one…chef’s kiss. HIGHLY recommend getting this one when you go!
For dessert, they had a few options, but we got the gelato. We got the strawberry and Stracciatella (cookies and cream basically) ones. It was good, but nothing special. I love a cold dessert, so this was the cherry (strawberry) on top!
The service was great! Our server’s name was Julia. She was friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. She made suggestions, answered our questions, and was pretty quick to get our food and drinks out.
Sunnyside is in a large shopping center, so there is plenty of parking!

So far tried 5 different pizzas and the flavor profile of all of them are incredible. The service is great and all the staff are so friendly. The wait is long for a reason if you don’t make a reservation but that is explained by the delicious food! 2nd time back during this review, will be back again!

Ordered Brussels sprouts, sour as hell. I finished them all cuz I was hungry and I love veggies, never ever order again.
Carbonara, read so many good reviews about it, so blend and the pasta is so hard. The bacon tastes very gamey, had 1 bite, nah. Whole dish did not taste the richness at all. Pictures showed before and after, I only had 2 bites, honestly.
I love Brussels sprouts and carbonara, eat from others restaurants all the time. This is THE worst.
The server said sorry, not everyone likes it, some people think it’s too cheesy. I’m like…. Absolutely the opposite, I’d love it if it were cheesy, rich and flavorful.
She can see I clearly didn’t eat much, if feel real sorry, could’ve offered if I’d like to change into something else, and take this off my bill. At least, that’s what I did all the time when I was a server. My coworkers too.
Definitely not recommend it to anyone. Looking for another restaurant cuz I’m still hungry.

We heard a lot about this establishment and were eager to patronize it. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Our table had pasta dishes, which were good. The meatballs were good but the sauce was too sweet. All of our pizza choices were delicious. Also all of the drinks were good as well. The tiramisu was a hit at the table.
Unfortunately…at the end of our meal, we witnessed a young gentleman cleaning up. He had gloves on and he emptied lettuce into bowls he wrapped up, he cleaned counters and then proceeded to push the garbage down. Instead of changing his gloves and washing his hands, he proceeded to handle other food items. I pray no one gets sick because of his unsanitary ways.
We’re afraid that there might be others who are unsanitary as well that we did not see

Great great pizzeria spot! Came here with friends and we had Roman as our waiter and he was GREAT! He was so helpful with suggestions and the food and drinks we ordered were soooo good! Would absolutely come back and request Roman as a waiter again!
