First off the staff were phenomenal, they were on top of everything as soon as I could even think of needing them. Perfectly accommodating and helpful.

The family had a post baptismal reception here recently for my son and my niece. We reserved one of the bigger rooms weeks in advance only to arrive and be told we would be moved into a smaller room due to the restaurant over booking. We were told the room would still be comfortable enough to accommodate our 40 guests. It was not. It was very cramped for 40 guests and not to mention the temperature in the room was 82 degrees when we arrived. The air conditioning was not working at all (in July). One of the employees put an Air Mover unit by the entryway to try to cool the room off but anyone who works in construction knows those units are used to dry floors not cool off a room. One of the servers told us they had someone working on the A/C making us believe that is recently went down however when I asked one of the bartenders about it they said the A/C in thay room had been down for weeks. By the time we left it was still 79 degrees in the room so the staff didn’t do much. The restaurant manager wasn’t in the least sympathetic to our situation and offered us no discount or compensation for this horrendous experience. I wonder why some of the people working here are even in the customer service field when they clearly didn’t care about their guests. I speak for the entire family when I say we were very disappointed with the entire experience. On a positive note the two servers we had were quick and did a good job. The food was OK, not great. Definetly will not ever do business for our future family parties here.

Fantastic service from Mimi! The food was very, very good. Veal Marsala was tender and the mushrooms and sauce were great. Eggplant parmesan was stellar. Thin slices, not over fried or greasy. Fra diavolo sauce was also good.

Good Italian dinners and brunch buffet. Went there for Mother’s Day brunch and they kindly accommodated our reservation for 7. We had regular breakfast items, all good. Desert buffet was great with best chocolate chip cookies and brownies you’ll find. Excellent server. $50/ea reasonable for the day and spread.

I would advise anyone looking to eat at this restaurant to steer very clear of it. RUN, do not walk, in the other direction of Moscatiello’s. There were dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. See picture I submitted with this review. When I went to the bathroom, I looked down and saw multiple cockroaches dead on the floor that someone had killed. Everyone who works in pest services know that if there are cockroaches anywhere in a restaurant, they are also in the kitchen. This isn’t just unacceptable, but it’s a very real health hazard and risk. To say I am absolutely in shock and repulsed at what I saw is an understatement.

The food was ok….nothing wow. We were seated next to a couple. the woman was clearly drunk and loud. Was disturbing restaurant would seat people near them when so many other tables were still empty at 6 pm. Service was just ok….annoyed by the waitress that forgot to bring out my salad and at end of the meal she felt cleaning off the table was more important than letting us pay the bill first and be on our way….she actually made us sit there while she walked back and forth cleaning the table of dishes. The proper way is to get you on your way….clean the table when you’re gone. Wouldn’t go back too soon.

5 stars for food and no stars for service. The food is excellent. Had been here once before and service was excellent. This trip we were a party of 6 and they tried to seat us at the men’s room entrance. The host in his best patronizing manner reseated us when we asked. Didn’t appreciate the attitude. Then our equally patronizing waiter dumped salad dressing all over my pullover and pants. “Oh sorry.” Fortunately for him I was there as a guest of someone else. So as not to cause any embarrassment I didn’t walk out. But I will skip this place in the future.

I had the Veal Sorrento. Not enough Veal, eggplant was ok but the sauce tasted like it came right from a #10 can. Meatballsall oregano forward in taste. The salads were sub par. Not going back.
