I’m so happy to see such beautiful places with real dedication and love opening in Nyack. I had noticed this spot a few weeks ago and thought it looked really interesting. My husband and I had been wanting to visit, and today we finally did.

We tried their coffee — it was so good! Prices are very fair and truly reflect the quality and care they put into everything, from the bread and sandwiches to the pastries. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and clean. You can tell the owners and staff are genuinely kind people who enjoy what they do — that passion shows and creates a great vibe all around.

I had a prosciutto sandwich with burrata, arugula, and a drizzle of olive oil — absolutely amazing. We also tried the chicken empanada and the ham-and-cheese one, both delicious. And the pistachio cookie, fresh out of the oven, was incredible.

Nestled in the charming foodie haven of Nyack, New York, We Love Bread Cafe is a delightful discovery that feels like a warm hug from a bakery in the heart of Europe. The moment you approach, the enticing aroma of freshly baked sourdough envelops you, setting the stage for a truly comforting culinary experience.

Stepping inside, you’re greeted by a cozy ambiance that invites you to unwind. It’s like finding a hidden treasure where the warmth of the space mirrors the delightful treats on offer. Naturally, we couldn’t resist sampling their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies—after all, it’s all in the name of research for food blogging, right?

The staff here are as friendly as they are passionate about their craft. Their enthusiasm is infectious, making you feel right at home. Even with our stomachs still recovering from a previous meal, we found it impossible to resist trying a few of their baked goodies, complemented perfectly by a cup of their freshly brewed coffee.

One standout was the Pão de Queijo, a Brazilian gem that’s essentially a cheese puff made with cassava. It’s no wonder that every patron seemed to leave with a bag of these delectable bites. Each puff is airy and cheesy, providing a delightful contrast to the heartiness of the bread surrounding it.

And then there are the chocolate chip cookies—oh, these are no ordinary cookies. Imagine a soft, decadent chocolate chip guava cake reimagined in cookie form. It’s a unique creation that dances on the palate, a testament to the baker’s creativity and skill.

To wash it all down, we opted for a refreshing iced coffee, robust and flavorful, with just the right amount of cream and sugar to balance its boldness. The experience was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that left us yearning for more.

At the helm of this establishment is Thyago, the owner and mastermind behind the bakery. His passion for Brazilian-inspired flavors shines through in every bite, making it clear that he pours his heart into his creations. Even before tasting the Pão de Queijo, I could sense the quality of the fresh ingredients.

What truly impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail in both service and product quality. It’s evident that they prioritize using the freshest ingredients, ensuring each item is crafted with love.

We Love Bread Cafe, having opened just three months ago, has already made a significant mark in Nyack. I can’t wait to return for their stunning focaccia, artisanal breads, and inventive sandwiches.

Boa sorte, gentlemen, on this delicious journey.

My daughter and I dropped by the new bread shop in Nyack this morning and it was so worth the stop. Two brothers from Brazil who are super friendly own and run ‘We Love Bread’. You can feel and smell the warmth the moment you walk in. The fresh bread and pastries are amazing, and all bread and pastries are made on the premises. Their coffee is seriously some of the best we’ve had—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. You could be sitting in a French cafe. Already planning our next visit!

The Brazilian bread I ordered came out fresh from the oven, and every bite was delicious. The Nutella cookie was packed with flavor, with a unique texture that sets it apart from the usual cookies you find elsewhere. I also grabbed a mocha latte to go, and it tasted great—maybe it’s the quality of the coffee they use. Overall, such a satisfying visit!

This is a beautiful small place. Small in place and big in connection with customers. If you looking for that warmth welcome, daily fresh bread, and “pão de queijo” this is the place! The smells of a fresh baked bread, the Brazilian music, and friendly service, is worth the trip. I love the Americano with 3 shots and oatmilk, and they made extra especial by steaming the milk to keep my coffee hot.

“We Love Bread Cafe” has changed the food culture of Nyack with artisanal breads, including sourdough and gluten free. For such handmade, freshly baked items like focaccia, pao de queijo (gluten free), brioche, baguettes, batards and boules, prices are quite reasonable. It’s a laboratory of sorts for its inspired Brazilian baker who enjoys talking to customers and creating new recipes to delight us with. Be sure to try their delicate quiches, empanadas & exquisite sandwiches made with exceptionally high quality ingredients, like thinly sliced prosciutto mozzarella & crisp fresh arugula; and the best espresso around. Their now famous cookies are more like cupcakes packing 110 grams with chocolate, pistachio and peanut butter filling. More like two cookies in one. This is an enchanting baker’s studio where customers can feel a part of the artistic process . Staff are always happy to chat. I recommend you stop by to take in the warmth and goodness of this special cafe and bakery. It will warm you up and awaken your taste buds! Enjoy!

Came up from the city to see this place and have their bread. Love the sourdough and wish this place was closer to me but totally worth making the trip. Must have the empanadas, pizza, and pao de queijo. Very authentic. Also love the atmosphere and bossa nova played throughout. All in all, never disappointing. Dined in and took home as well. Until the next time!
