Ordered through the drive through. Took my order fine. Got to the window they said my order didn’t get taken down so I reordered at the window. Then they gave me half of my order and I said I was missing part of it and they started arguing with me that I never ordered that. Which they never rang that part up either and while I was trying to explain to them what was missing they got really defensive that I was the problem.. I said the order several times while ordering it and at the end I just said never mind we are holding up the line and they slammed the window shut like I was the problem. I never got rude or cussed or raised my voice but they sure got defensive… very odd experience. Thought I was getting punked because the whole interaction was so so ridiculous…. just go somewhere else its not worth the headache

I ordered a dinner for myself and my elderly Mother because she has been feeling bad, and as a disabled double amputee I had to have it delivered. After charging my card $20 it took the last of my funds until I get paid again they did not deliver. The several attempts to call them failed since their phone was always busy. The last thing I thought was Sonic would rip me off, but that is what happened! The best they would offer is to credit my card back in 14-days. No dinner, they took all my cash I had to spend tell the end of the month. I WOULD HAVE SETTLED FOR SOMETHING TO EAT LIKE I PAID FOR.

02-18-2026 you know I’m thinking that since sonic has reopened just maybe it would be better but no it’s not because people don’t know how to read a ticket I asked for no onions and yet they was put on my burger and this isnt the first time either like read your tickets and secondly no one wants to eat a burger that’s really really salty that’s just horrible in my opinion it shouldn’t of even reopened

The food is good when they get it right, seems that every time I go they Mess up my order. last time I got 2 of the car hop classic double cheese burgers and they Came out as Singles. Before that a burger came with mayo when I requested it off and the ticket confirmed exactly that. I paid with card and the machine said thank you, but the girl told me I never paid … always something.

(HOLDENVILLE OK. SONIC)Approximately the past 6 to 8 weeks the tater tots and onion rings have been WAY overcooked to the point they have a burned taste. My family has been eating there for years and years. The tots and onion rings have always been great, but not anymore. We don’t like to pay for overcooked and burned food. Sadly, the onion rings don’t even have the same flavor. They have a new general manager.
