I ordered online at this new Wawa. The order was placed at 11:50am, Wednesday 11/26/25. The order was supposed to be ready at 12:05 and I already paid within the app. When I arrived, 12:07am, one of the workers said over the microphone that “if you placed an order or going to place an order, it’s going to be a 25-30 minute wait. If you want a refund, meet me at the register.” No explanation as to why other than being backed up.
I ended up leaving with my order at 12:23am. this is not what I expected as I ordered online and my order was supposed to be ready by the set time. Otherwise, I would have never ordered and made the effort to drive to pick up this order.
Seems like this location is having major organizational and staffing issues and will not come back or recommend this business until it is fixed.

For being new I expected this place to be on top of their orders. Ordered a teriyaki CHICKEN STRIP Mac and cheese bowl and they didn’t even put the chicken strips on there so I spent $10 on two measly scoops of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.

However my digestive system would like to file a formal complaint.
On 12/31 I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a large coffee. Within minutes of eating it my stomach started acting like it had just heard some very bad news. Full knots. Immediate regret.
By later that day I was pretty sure I had food poisoning.
Fast forward to 1:45 a.m. on 1/2/2026 I barely ate anything on 1/1 because I was completely drained and now I’m writing this from the toilet paying the price in full. Thank goodness I have a bidet because otherwise I would be running out of toilet paper.
Lesson learned. This Wawa and I are no longer on speaking terms.

I love WaWa but I have a few issues with this place. Number 1 being that I Cannot use my phone inside the building! When I want to use Apple Pay or try to unlock my card to use it at the register I have to run outside to unlock it and forget trying to use Apple Pay. the service just does not work on your phone inside. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced the same problem but it happens every time I go here. Also the pizza is horrible tasting. Horrible sauce and horrible breading. Yuck. Never buying pizza there again. Otherwise I love their frozen cappuccinos and milkshakes.
One other thing, I noticed someone complaining in a review that they made an online order and for some reason seem to think because they made an online order that their order comes first and should be ready before everyone’s. The time they gave you was just an estimation. A suggestion. It does not always mean it will be ready at that exact time especially if they get backed up or slammed. As a server myself, we get this happening all the time where customers think doing a to go or online order means they will get faster service. You would be wrong on that. Not how this works.

I love wawa and never have any complaints but this location sucks. Ordered on doordash and our entire order was wrong. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they put the cream cheese on a hoggie. Ordered 2 different type of sandwiches and they made both exactly the same. Ordered a smoothie didnt even get it. Super disappointing

I usually love Wawa and was really looking forward to checking out this new spot, but my visit didn’t go as expected. The customer service was slow, even though there weren’t many people there. They also messed up my order. What disappointed me the most was how dirty the bathrooms were, especially for a newly opened location. I hope management steps up, because I really want this location to live up to the Wawa experience I know and enjoy.

Its brand new and sucks already… gas pumps will take you a day and a half to pump your car.. god bless you if your here with a big rig or have a huge gas tank… avoid this stop.. i know u want to make it appear like its busy with the slow pumps.. but this is extremely excessive.. owners dont seem to care much about it. Been like this since opening.

Brand new location at Nolte Rd. I love Wawa. Its funny that every time we pass buy before it was finished, he said, Daddy I want to be the first customer, I want the receipt #1, he didn’t but it’s OK, we went later that day and he got the Ice cream he love. The only thing is that compared with other Wawas, this is smaller. They carry Non Ethanol for our Classic Cars. Love it!

This place has very bad customer service. I’ve had a terrible experience all 3 times I’ve gone in. The last time they had all the free coffee flags outside and the lady told me I couldn’t have it for free because they stopped doing that. I said, “ok but you have all the flags up outside that say Free Coffee.” She said it didn’t matter because they were stopping the free coffee today. Very bad training of staff.
