We went there for dinner and the food was excellent. There were a few typical dishes from Vietnam that cannot be easily found on restaurant menus.
The fresh grilled pork spring rolls and the sizzling lemongrass beef and eggs with baguette were delicious.
My partner also ordered the pandan coco egg coffee which was amazingly tasty.
The service was good and the atmosphere was also nice and pleasant, not too noisy to be to have a conversation without having to raise the voice.
Definitely worth the detour! We will be back to try other items on their menu.

This is my go to spot for pho in Fairfax. I just love their regular style pho. It always hits! Start off your meal with their Vietnamese iced coffee.
Make sure to try their signature rolls as well. It’s your typical Vietnamese spring roll (protein, veggies) but with an egg roll stuff inside. You can’t really get this in many other places.
Their banh mi (bread) is also made in house, fresh every day!! I love their grilled chicken banh mi the best. They have the BEST Vietnamese style grilled meats in the AREA in my opinion (used in their rice/vermicelli bowls, banh mi, and signature rolls). Nothing else hits the same.
They recently added vermicelli and rice bowls to their menu, which is also delicious!!
Great restaurant with great service and fresh ingredients.

Pho Towda is absolutely amazing
The Special Pho served in a hot stone bowl is outstanding — fresh rice noodles, top-quality meats, and a clear, light, and flavorful broth that tastes very clean and comforting ✨
The grilled pork rolls are also delicious, perfectly seasoned and wrapped fresh
And don’t miss the flan dessert — smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet at all
Overall, great quality food and a very satisfying Vietnamese meal. Highly recommend

There are about 4-5 Vietnamese places near my home, and this is one of my two favorites. Be warned, this is a non-rice Vietnamese restaurant, as they want you to experience one of the most enduring uniqueness of Vietnamese cuisine: RICE Vermicelli Noodles. It is the one on your Pho, and on most of your dry Vietnamese Noodle menu. So, technically, you really don’t need rice by itself. Everything offered here is authentic and really delicious Vietnamese food. Period. I have my go-to menu when I do not want to have Pho. And they are mainly the dry Vermicelli Noodle with barbecue pork. And it is not complete if you don’t pair it with the requisite fried egg roll. Oh, before I forgot — Vietnamese Coffee too.

Started with the hand made pork dumplings which were crispy on the edges and perfectly cooked and amazing. We had the Chicken and Rare beef pho which were both outstanding. Broth was clean and delicious – chefs clearly took their time to ensure a really clean broth. Pho wasn’t overloaded with onions or green onions. Steak was perfect and bowl proportions to broth +noodles+protein perfect. This place is 10/10. Also, Bahn Mi sandwich are unbelievable. Everything is made scratch in house. It’s gonna be real problem not eating here multiple times a week. :-). Thank you!

Pho Towda is a lovely restaurant with very delicious Banh Mi. Everything was fresh and tasty. The pho was also very good, though the chicken Pho was a little bland. Service was good, they were very attentive and checked on us frequently, and the food came out relatively quickly. We had a great time!

I battled DC traffic for a heroic 24-mile quest to this pho joint, dreaming of slurping noodles and smuggling chè ba màu back like a dessert smuggler. Pho? Solid, no complaints—broth on point. But the chè? Oh boy, what a betrayal! It tasted like someone accidentally fermented a rainbow and forgot the sugar. Sour, barely sweet, with a bitter kick that screamed, “I dare you to finish me!” I’ve devoured chè at hole-in-the-wall spots that were sweeter than a rom-com ending, but this? This was a culinary crime scene. Verdict: Get the pho, flee the chè, and tell your taste buds I said sorry. Two stars—pho saves the day, dessert needs an exorcism.

The egg coffee was SO delicious!!!! I really liked all the live plants in the restaurant. The pho was good too. Ordering is easy. Service was pretty quick but if you had to wait, there is a QR code on the table to order as well.

I’m sad to say this is probably the worst value pho around. They consistently only give you 75% of the broth and noodles that every other pho restaurants give out. And it’s not cheap. Two pho is $30! I have politely asked each time for more broth (especially when I pay for a large pho) and they refuse to give you what you pay for. The quantity of noodles as well are 1/3rd what you get elsewhere. Unfortunately, pho towda has lost our business until they make a change.
