Review per name Vietopia Bistro. I think it is a play on word for utopia but my experience did not sent me to utopia.
Mango smoothie is made from powder you can buy from Asian store. It has that distinct taste to it. I have one at home. I was hoping that it was fresh per their name Bistro. There was a chunk of ice in my smoothie. That was off putting.
The spring roll is bland, out of ratio – pork-noodle-shrimp-lettuce = 1:7:1:1. The lettuce was shredded, barely there. Tons of noodles. Does not look like the picture in the menu. The rice paper was not bound tight. The peanut sauce is okay. Filling, bland, and dries your mouth. The server forgot to send this first. I had to ask them after I was half way done with my pho.
I wanted to like the pho. I ordered their P13 which should be their signature pho. The brisket was tough and cut in squares. I did not see any fatty flank. Very little tripe and tendon. The meatballs were small and not the ones made for pho. You would know if you’ve had as many as I have. The noodle seemed off. Definitely not freshly boiled as the whole group of noodles lifted up with my fork. Like it was one solid noodle. Their chili oil is 5/5.
Take note chef. I’d like to try again.

Food was good, Soup had a lot of flavor, Chicken Fried Rice was missing a little bit of flavor, it took 45 min to get our food because of low staffing and one new trainee training. Understandable, Pho soup are big enough to share for two people. Atmosphere, the energy was good love the low dark interior setting. Overall pretty good!

I love Southeast Asian food! When I found out about Vietopia I knew I had to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit, and this is why:
The Ambiance: I entered the restaurant to find it completely empty. It was shortly after lunch; probably around
2 p.m. The place has ample seating, was very clean, and the decor really livened the place up. The temperature and music were both at appropriate levels as well.
The Service: Upon entering, I was greeted immediately and taken to my seat. I was served by Ricardo, and he took very good care of me. As I was the only one there, that was to be expected I suppose.
The Food: Amazing Food!! I started out with Springrolls, and boy were they good! The temperature of them was perfect and the peanut sauce was very balanced and tasty. I ordered the Phoʻ with brisket and extra noodles on the side for my main dish and it did not disappoint! The portion size was HUGE! Don’t let the prices fool you! You get two meals out of this bowl of Phoʻ, easily! The broth was extremely good, the meat tender, and noodles cooked to perfection. It was great to have the fresh ingredients served on the side to add to your liking also. They were very crisp and fresh! I know that is how Phoʻ is served, but I have been surprised by the number of places that don’t provide this essential service.
Overall I give this place a well deserved five stars. Please come and give them a try. Consider yourself lucky if you have Ricardo as your server, other than that Chúc bạn có bữa tối tuyệt vời! Or in other words, enjoy your awesome meal!

Strolling around station park and we saw this little gem. It looked fun so we gave it a try. I ordered a strawberry boba and some sweet potato fries. The food was good, I have never tasted a Boba drink before it really enjoyed it. I think I’ll go back and have the mango sometime. The atmosphere was nice and spacious dining with good vibes. Our waiter was kind and happy and I think I’ll go back all in all. I had a good experience.

We had the chicken lo mein and pork with egg roll vermicelli. We also had a side order of spring rolls. The noodle bowels had great flavor and were fresh. I will pass on the spring rolls next time. Some others ordered Pho and it looked delicious. Make sure to arrive well before closing as I noticed they turned away multiple groups that arrived 40 min before closing.

First visit. There were a lot of menu choices but as we looked around it seemed that huge bowls of soup were on every table. From website: “Our extensive menu features a range of authentic dishes, from our famous Pho noodle soup (Phở) to our mouth-watering Banh Mi sandwiches (Bánh Mì), Rice Platter (Cơm Phần) and a variety of delicious vermicelli bowls (Bún)” We ordered 5A Potstickers with very good dipping sauce. Husband ordered 43R Vietnamese Hot and Spicy Beef Noodle that was spicy. I ordered 16P Brisket Pho. Both entrees were very good and filling. Mine had so much noodle that I didn’t find the many slices of brisket — felt like a joke on me — until I poured the soup out into a to-go container. We came here looking for clay pot entrees that we thought traditional Vietnamese food meant. We found in addition to the Vietnamese dishes what we would consider Chinese dishes (fried rice, lo mein, potstickers) as their menu truly is extensive.

I loved the variety of Phos you can order. I tried the seafood Pho with shrimp and squid and it was flavorful. I like that the broth wasn’t too thick and had enough flavor. Quality and quantity for the price is worth it. The establishment could have been more clean, in particular the sauce area and bathrooms.

Not only did I get moldy old mushy food. The smell was enough to make you throw up. When your once white and green vegetables are brown mushy and old it’s unacceptable. My meat had a green tint and the noodles were hard as a rock like it had been sitting there for days, the broth cold and moldy and foamy. This should be against health code or something. I am a big pho lover and love trying new and places. We ordered two brisket pho large bowls. And one came hot and warm and fresh and good. But spending 50 dollars for moldy food is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

Delicious! Been twice and both times were excellent. Coconut shrimp, Fried Calamari, Pot Stickers , of these, calamari was our favorite but all were good. The sauce with the calamari and coconut shrimp is very good.
Pho is almost too much for one person. Super filling. Shrimp and Pork Bahn mi were very good, I like the bread toasty, and it came with plenty of veggies and meat.
It’s so nice to have a Pho place here in Farmington Station!

Brand new restaurant located in Farmington station. This is exactly what this place needed especially on a cold day. Amazing atmosphere great service. I ordered the P13 Pho which has a little bit of everything and it. The broth which makes this dish was very tasteful. Lots of noodles and lots of lots of extras, steak, tendon, meatball and tripe. They also bring you out a side of bean sprouts, jalapenos, Thai basil and lime. My wife ordered P24 which is the chicken Pho. Definitely give this place a try, the Price is reasonable as well. Will definitely be back!
