If buying food, so far, they’re on time with the orders and the proportions are generous. Inside appears to be clean majority of the time unlike nearby stores. There is so much variety to choose from, not just fried foods. The Mac & cheese is real good, maybe a tad bit too much cheese though. Junior size sub is the right size if your not starving but want enough to hold you over, perfect for women and children.

I had ordered the gobbler bowl with stuffing. My house is 15 minutes from Wawa and when I got back home I discovered there was no stuffing inside the gobbler bowl.
The food was good but I’m disappointed with the quality of the service here. Other Wawa’s are so consistent it’s a shame this one isn’t able to maintain that quality.

This Pickle is Head over Heels in Love with WAWA Mint Coffee. Best Coffee in the Convenice Store World. I also Tried a Boston Creme Donut and Oh my Pickles! It was so Good and Fresh to the Last Bite. I even got my Sweet Bread and Butter Wife One. The Pickle Family is Happy.

On a work trip, only thing I was looking forward to was the brand new WaWa. I ordered at the kiosk, easy, right. Well after putting in my order, mind you it’s me and three other people standing waiting for our food. I paid and got other things and my food was still not done. I waited even longer after three other people already got there’s even though i put my order in prior to them. MIND YOU there is 10 WORKERS back there, half of which are not even doing anything, so why did it take 30 minutes for my mini hoagie to get done???? Well after I received my food I went back to my hotel, opened my mini hoagie meal with mac and cheese, felt the bread (I had it toasted) it was as hard as The Rock himself. I bit into the hoagie thinking it was just the outside of the bread, no it wasn’t, the WHOLE thing is as hard as a rock and i know it’s mini, but the toppings couldn’t even fit on the piece of bread, smh. Although the mac and cheese is good I would never get a hoagie from them ever again. Although the cleanliness of the store was good the food was, ehhh, and the cashier was friendly (not the ones making the food, they were kinda rude). For it being a new store, I expected WAY more out of it.

Got 10 in gas 2 milks 1.75 ea and a donut no more than 3. That’s 16. I gave the man a 20$ only got change back from coin return. Asked where my change is it dispensed. I gave you a twenty. Looks can be deceiving. Everything looked nice and clean and I was excited to try different coffee and food. There were 6 different flavors of coffee but after trying each one there wasn’t enough to fill a large cup of coffee and none was being made. Ordered biscuits only to be told the machine burnt the biscuits and they were being toasted. By the time I got to eat them they tasted burnt and hard as a rock totally not edible. Also noticed several employees just sitting around. I was told by numerous people that Wawa was great just for them not to hold up to that standard is disheartening.

Just got back from Wawa’s on Wards Rd in Lynchburg VA. Grand Opening was on the 23rd. Got a ham and American cheese sub sandwich with a small chicken noodle soup and medium coffee with cream and a little French Vanilla flavor. Delicious!!! Watch out Subway and Jersey Mike’s. Wawa’s is in town! Would definitely go back again – after it settles down though. Took nearly 40 minutes to order my sub and soup. Definitely worth the wait!!

On December 4, 2025 @ 3pm, I was in line waiting on 6 hot dogs. While waiting I observed a technician fix on the order monitor above the coffee/shake stations, he had his shoes on walking back and fourth on the counter top while the employees was still fixing drink orders. They never once stopped fixing orders nor sanitized/wiped down the counter while sitting people containers down. I told one of the store manager, excuse me… she didn’t want to acknowledge me. I told her what I had observed she got upset seems like, never said anything just walked over to the employees and walked off. I’m sure the store camera caught it all. Can you imagine where the maintenance guy shoes been.
