A whole new level of poor quality. This particular restaurant is never the best at putting sandwiches together. You just put them back together and eat. I however draw the line when half a patty is missing. They didn’t notice?

Prices here have gotten out of hand.. McDonald’s used to be where you take your family because you don’t have a lot of money. But now it’s $50 to eat here. Which is still cheep, but used to be able to feed an army for that .. food was the same as always hasn’t gotten bigger or better. Service is good, but the wage increase doesn’t seem to have anyone working quicker .. I ordered from the app and it said my food was ready, but they parked me for 10 min while they made it.. that’s ridiculous.. not sure why the people working the drive can’t get food out the window like they used to.. now it’s everyone pull forward and we will bring it out… atmosphere is less kids place and more corporate looking these days.. hardly ever see the Ronald and Grimace or birdie status any more.. this one still has a play place at least…

We visit this location mainly for the indoor play area. Our order is always correct and the staff is friendly. The play area is clean and picked up. There is plenty of seating and high chairs.

We went and got 2 double cheeseburger plain, 4 mcchickens and a 10 piece with bbq in a meal with a large coke. 1st they handed me somebody else’s order, then violated food safety and took it back then handed it to the correct guest and had us pull forward. Then when we got the food the double cheeseburgers have the plain stickers on them but are far from plain. Still has ketchup pickles onions it’s the opposite of what I ordered. The nugget meal didn’t come with the monopoly sticker, and they didn’t give us our large coke. The lady at the window had a tude when I told her the order was wrong. There needs to be some serious retraining, and reminders of what food safety protocols are as well as how to accurately do their jobs. Speed means absolutely nothing when the food is incorrect.

Occasionally I will pop into a McDonald’s when I have a French fry craving. Unfortunately, about 60 percent of the time they are cold. This should never happen especially when a large fry is around $5.

They must have been training.A new she could not get our order correct through the drive thru. The French fries were overcooked and had absolutely no salt.On them they were disgusting. The snap wraps were tasteless. Will not be ordering from mcdonald’s again.

Wait time 10 minutes keep in mind there was no one else on front counter waiting for there order to get taken just me waiting, another thing 5 employees walked past me many times and they looked right at me, until then manager seen me i think he might of been, It was me and another person coming in to get blizzards they told me they couldn’t make those so we got shakes instead biggest waste of money spend the shakes tasted to blend couldn’t even finish them. Haven’t been here in 2 ish years and I will be back in 2 years again to see if anything changed pretty disappointing. Manager seemed nice though

Ordered 20 piece mcnugget, got 18….. gonna have to check everytime I get nuggets, suggest others to as well. Opened the first one and counted 9 didn’t care but the second one… wow. I get it not the best people work there but at least know how to count.
