Pandas always a good quick option but this location allows homeless to sit outside and interact with every customer going in and out . Asking for money/food .

To me, fast food is usually always the same, however when me and my friend go here, these employees are working their tails off! They are always super quick, and I’ve never seen one item gone for more than like 30 seconds, the cooks and line workers move so fast, these men and women need a raise!

The food is ok, but the staff is very rude. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, I waited at the register. At least 4 employees saw me and completely ignored me. This is unacceptable. At least acknowledge a customer’s presence if you are busy. Is addition, my order was late, after the promised time. Don’t waste your time at this place, go for real Chinese food.

When I first moved to oregon my boyfriend and I were getting food from here constantly and I’ve noticed over the past 3 months it’s gone down hill. The first time I had issues they missed one of my main portions of food and the rest of my food was dry because I had to wait 20 minutes for white rice and orange chicken. The second time my food was totally dry (I literally had to add water to my food and throw it in the microwave). Today my boyfriend came home with panda after getting off from work, my drink is totally carbonation and my food is dry. I feel like paying that much for food it would at least be ready to eat when I get home, I feel like you can even see how dry my rice is in the picture provided.

The Panda Express on 9th is in a great location, the restaurant is a decent size, its clean, the employees are very friendly & attentive. They find solutions to ensure customers walk out happy & satisfied. The manager on duty tonight has been very hospitable. She made sure to check in with every guest/group to make sure everyone was being helped. Another guest & i had to wait for them to make a dish & she offered us drinks while we were waiting for our orders. Just an overall good experience. Lovely staff.

Food is good but my ‘beef and broccoli’ is all broccoli so that is cool and my mushroom and chicken has maybe five pieces of tiny chicken bits so 10$ and I got maybe one chicken strip worth of chicken. And alot of veggies and noodles…… not really what I was going for.
