I find the most frustrating thing is when I have to double check every single item that I ordered in my bag before I leave to make sure all my food is there. I’ve worked customer service before I get you want to have fun with your coworkers and make the time go by faster. But please pay more attention to the orders you’re putting together. I shouldn’t have to constantly hope all my items that I paid for are in my bag, if for whatever reason I don’t check. Especially when it’s for my wife or our kid and it’s something they are looking forward to

Wonderful bizarre staff. Came in with my roommate and ordered on the kiosk. They informed him they were out of the bagel he ordered, and when he expressed slight sadness the manager instructed the employee to get one from the next day’s supply. As we waiting for my sandwich, I overheard “Do we have any more bacon?” “Nope.” I was concerned they would not be able to make my BLT but there was a wrapped sandwich when they announced my order was ready. At home, I opened the sandwich to find a BLT constructed with the bacon bits they use for salad (pictured). We all had a big laugh and it made my night that they really tried to make sure my roommate and I got what we ordered.

Worst panera I’ve experienced, especially today. The iced tea is turbid. It is dinner time and almost all food are gone. I ordered picktwo including a Half Bacon Avo Melt. Please take a look at the photo. It is overcooked and so small that I can’t remember if I ate it.

The young lady at the register was great. I ordered the new Steak & Wake sandwich. I stood there for 5 minutes watching the employees prepping for a catering event. The District Mgr comes in and begins speaking with an employee. After another couple minutes, he asks me what I was waiting for. He then has to instruct someone to start my sandwich because I’ve been waiting… After he instructed someone, I looked back and the employee was on her phone and still no sandwich. When I decided to request my money back because I was waiting and on a schedule, it was issued, then my sandwich comes. However, it was cold and not done…

This location looks pretty much like most other Panera breads that I’ve been around the country. The menu is typical. the service was ok. Free internet is a plus.

The manager, Kevin,at the Panera Bread location in Warerfront was exceptional: friendly, understanding, apologetic and very helpful. I went to Panera Sunday to grab my usual sandwich and long story short, there were some issues and I wasn’t able to immediately go back to have them addressed, but came in several days later spoke with Kevin, manager on shify that day and with absolutely no hesitation or questions immediately apologized and was willing to do anything he could to make up for the mistake a few days prior. I really appreciated his professionalism, understanding and generosity. Definitely will choose this location before any others. Thank you!

We came in 15 minutes before close trying to get to our movie and the staff was super friendly, didn’t get mad that they had to do something before close and gave us amazing food and service.

11/18/25 Joey. Tipped $3 on $25 order, ordered an Asiago Baigle an Cream Chees. To go order, arrived at destination, bagels was omitted from the order. Do me a favor, dont take people’s money and not deliver.

Really nice location and the staff was great! I came in for a takeout order 1 minute early and the manager already ran over to get my name and made sure it got out to me in under 5 minutes. He apologized for the delay and was so friendly and attentive!
