Really nice location and the staff was great! I came in for a takeout order 1 minute early and the manager already ran over to get my name and made sure it got out to me in under 5 minutes. He apologized for the delay and was so friendly and attentive!

It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get a bagel. All the people in the bakery (who used to do bagels) were just standing around talking. Also the food quality has continuously gone down hill – don’t come here unless you have an hour to eat.

This was the worst Panera I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot). It was filthy, both in the guest area and the kitchen, the floor was sticky, spills, trash on the floor workers walking right past it, playing around behind the counter. The mac and cheese was half cold and half warm, and they were out of half the ingredients on the Med Veggie. Panera is usually pretty consistent but this one sucked.

This Panera used to be one of our favorites but they have steadily gone down hill. This a.m.was the last straw.After waiting for five minutes at the counter(while the manager looked at us and joked around with an employee against the back wall) someone finally came and asked if he could help us.Problem was at 10:00 in the morning they had NO BAGELS! At 10:00?? How did I know the manager was leaning against the back wall? Because she was the one who told him there were no more bagels.We left and went to Eat&Park.Will NEVER go here again. Want a nice Panera? Go to Pleasant Hills Southland or travel to Norwin.This WATERFRONT location sucks. I gave it one star because there is nothing lower.
