The food was fresh but it was challenging to get my food when ready. It was sitting on the counter and I had to ask for it. I even had to stand there until someone would acknowledge me when I tried telling them that was my number sitting there.

an honest mistake. i asked for buffalo chicken mac and cheese but received bbq (i confirmed the receipt also said buffalo). i come here often and this is the first mistake so im not mad. if his boss brings it up, im sure he’ll learn from the mistake

This location has GOT to do something about the homeless men hanging around harassing people for money. I can’t fill up my tank without having to fend off unwanted questions, let alone take my small children inside without worrying about loiterers asking me for things while I’m trying to buckle my kids back in their car seats. Please make it safer for women to be alone here.

This place is a mess. The managers do not care that their employees are rude and like to call their customers liars when concern is brought to their attention. Don’t worry, the person impersonating a manager agreed with the store employee. Picked up an order today, the milk expired today – super! The pannini can be used as a home defense weapon the bread is so stale. And yet somehow “it’s not believable” that there’s an issue with the order because I can’t bring this “food” back tonight. Well, here’s photos for the proof. And it was a pickup order, I was early – They were past the pickup time. They probably lost the phone again!

Horrible experience at this wawa. Staff is led by an incompetent manager who accused me of scanning someone else’s ticket for a cheaper sub. The DISRESPECT to accuse me of trying to get over for a $7 sub when i could buy every damn sub in the building. The sandwich making staff are usually nice, but the morning shift cashiers, (the older white w and the middle aged black woman with braids and glasses, along with the black woman manager are HORRIBLE) I visit this Wawa regularly, but will not be returning due to the disgusting and unprofessional behavior of the morning shift manager working on 5/21. Trust corporate has been contacted.

I love wawa, but had a bad experience here. I came in to use the restroom and to get a cup of ice. However, I have never seen a wawa that says there soda fountain machine is out of order also, no ice. Really??? So I figured let me get a ice cold drink from the menu. I was trying to ask for assistance with one of the drinks and honestly the customer service was just rude. So I left. This wawa was a bad experience for me, for the lacking in customer service and just not a great atmosphere. This one seems like it’s run by people who just want the money, and not help out with customers and there needs. I will not return here.
