So their menu has different descriptions of sandwiches with ingredients.
At the very bottom in small print it also says that all sandwiches come with lettuce red onion vinaigrette yada yada… there’s no reason to read the bottom small print if the sandwich you want is 3rd from the top… you’d expect it to come as described where it’s on the menu…
Long story short I walk back to my job open the sandwich there’s a whole bunch of stuff I don’t ask for
I walk the whole uneaten 17 dollar sub back to the restaurant and mention the issue and the best they offer me is to take everything off my sandwich and give it back. YOU CANT REMOVE VINAIGRETTE!!
This was my first attempt to order from this place. Terrible service and impression. Also the woman that took my order walked to the back when she saw me returning. And forced me to talk to someone who didn’t recall my original order.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. The counter server seemed upset I wanted to order, no smile no hospitality and absolutely no customer service. The smoothie was meh at best. Save your time and money!

Steve and his team were great.
It was my wife’s birthday yesterday and she has been searching for a deli that has Dutch Crunch bread for awhile now.
I was able to find this place by a referral and I am so glad they told us about this place.
My wife enjoyed every bite and it reminded her of her favorite Bay Area deli spot.
Thank you Kicks Deli. We will be back.

Painfully slow, ordered one sandwich that took 20 minutes. Sandwich was drowning in sauce and ended up being extremely soggy. Not worth the $16.

Bread was the equivalent of captain crunch in a sense of it tearing up the roof of your mouth. Meats were good. Holy lettuce Batman, they gave me the whole head!! Very low to mid grade…. Jersey mikes, subway, or any grocery store is light years better.

Totally bad service and HORRIBLE food. Do not waste your money. It expensive and gross. You will do much better going to Jimmy John’s or another sandwich shop. Staff there is so kind, great service, their cookies are really good, raspberry white chocolate is one of my favorite cookie, some people was trying to get free food for some reason but even in that situation they were so kind, the dutch crunch bread is my favorite bread. I love this place
