Wawa is a great little convenience store. They have good prices on gas as well as cigarettes. They have a little bakery inside that sells all kinds of food. The store is very clean and the associates are very friendly and helpful. Me and my fiance always come here to get gas and cigarettes. They also have an air pump. They sell propane gas too. I highly recommend this Wawa.

Stopped at this WAWA about 130pm to get a frozen coffee. This was the worst drink I ever received at WAWA. It tasted and looked like frozen milk. Got a caramel and asked for drizzle in the cup and on top. I get this same order at other WAWAs with no issues. Anyway, the lady who fixed my drink said I’m supposed to pay extra for the caramel. I said what, I’ve never been told that before. She claimed her managers told her that she is supposed to charge extra. I’m confused as to how someone can decide to charge extra after I’ve already paid for an order, and then she didn’t put much caramel at all. Any caramel at all would have probably helped the taste. I could not drink it. Threw it in the trash. Wasted my money. So instead of her trying to charge more, she needs to concentrate on making better drinks. I have gone to this location multiple times, and the drink has always been good. Never had one made by her.

Got almost the wrong sub it seems like…ordered a custom Italian…didn’t realize it was missing items or wrong til I got home. No spinach, but iceberg lettuce. No vinegar, oil, black pepper, oregano, banana peppers…like how?!!

Foods great. Customer service is awful. Pickup system is so disorganized it barely exists. Staff refuse to communicate with each other and get mad at customers when they ask questions about their missing pickup order. They dont treat you any better if you order in store.

I made an online order that included 3 soups 2 medium and one small clearly the tags stated exactly what was ordered but the order received was not. They sent a medium mashed potato and a small mashed potato. When I called the location to speak with a manager they put me hold and never came back to the phone. This is not the first time that this has happened where they have completely jacked the order. This location seriously needs to pay attention to what is being order and place the correct items with people’s orders

Y’all I ordered again through door dash around 2 pm. First they labeled the sandwiches incorrectly while forgetting one of the sandwiches I placed another order for the sandwich I thought we didn’t receive because of being labeled incorrectly. I called the location after the second order was placed and realizing that the sandwich I thought was missing was labeled incorrectly and asked the manager to put the missing sandwich with the second order she apologized and said she would. Y’all when I got the second order they still forgot the missing sandwich. Me being ticked all the way off, I drove to the location to get the missing sandwich I paid for without checking the 2nd order first. When my husband and I got home after work, around 8:30pm, he opened what we thought was his wrap tell me why it was a BUTTERED ROLL instead. This location is a joke. Check your orders before you leave because obviously the workers can’t seem to read a ticket and put together what’s on the ticket CORRECTLY let alone label it properly or remember to put all items ordered correctly with a person’s order

This is crazy I ordered 3 foods and I only got two when I called they said I should come and get it. Y’all rude and don’t know how to deal with customers. If you don’t know how to deal with customers do not take up a work that has to do with customer service. Y’all messed up and because of the people y’all hire y’all are gonna loose customers for that so when y’all doing interviews please know who your hiring thank you.
