Just purchased some items from Wawa love this store but the night shift manager does not need to be aparr of that company neither does the cook that served me. Im a paying customer and if something is wrong with the order that I purchased. I’m going to bring it back to get it corrected. There should be no issue. The manager on duty had a terrible attitude. The cook had a terrible attitude. I ignored it. Waiting on my items to be corrected and all I hear is them talking about me laughing and joking. This is the second time this happened and this is the second time I got this response from them. The rest of the staff is wonderful and So helpful It’s just those two and they give Wawa a bad presentation . I have worked in retail for over 14 years as a store manager at a retail store. My employees would never do that to any customer that has a issue with a purchase, especially not on my management team

I have been to this wawa countless times, but today will be my last visit ever coming to this establishment again! From being overcharged because the male clerk is too busy hitting on me and other women than to do his job accurately, to the messed up food orders, who is running this establishment?? today I order a veggie burrito, did not order cheese on it, and not only did they put cheese, but they put American….who puts American cheese in a burrito??? It was so disgusting I had to throw it away, $7 IN THE TRASH! I AM LIVID!! NOW I AM AT WORK WITH NO LUNCH DUE TO THESE INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS! THANKS A LOT WAWA! THIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL OF STAFF!!!

So I’ve been to this WaWa quite a few times and most of the experiences have been good. Recently it has fallen off due to a cashier named Samiya. This young woman is terrible. She has zero customer service skills. Last time I was there she was texting on her phone while not speaking to the people checking out. Never once did I hear her say thank you! This time she was just plain rude. Some people are good at customer service but she lacks anything that would make her decent. Find a job that suits your terrible personality better!!

I was there about 2:45 on 06/29 and the person working the register was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. A tall, elderly man with glasses, he couldn’t be bothered to treat me like a human being even though I gave him initial respect. He can go take a long swim in a deep ocean. I would rather starve to death and/or run of fuel before ever stopping in there again.
