I have been working over night in the area for a while now. Every time I come to Wawa to grab an energy drink or something Katie is such a sweet person. The customer service is great gives me details about different deals they have going on in the store I might be interested in and did not know about. In all honesty if it wasn’t for Katie’s excellent performance at work I would not visit the store as often as I do. Some nights I might be in a bad mood but Katie always has a smile on her face and makes my night when I come in. I’m sure if more customers left reviews they would give great reviews also. Most of the times I’m in the store she is making someone laugh or smile, so it confused me when I went to look up Wawa and saw bad reviews about the store and Katie in particular. Really my mind is blown and cant and refuse to believe the things I’ve read because they are so far away from any experiences I’ve had at the store. As I said I’ve been coming here over night few months now, always pleasant. I’ve wanted to leave her a great review for a while just never really got around to it and it sucks because that’s how most of society is. Most people don’t rush to leave good reviews. But for what it’s worth and I do hope it’s worth something I think Katie is an amazing person and I’m glad she’s there. Look forward to seeing her on breaks.

The one start is because Wawa, as a company, is becoming anti-consumer. The prices of everything, even something basic like coffee, has skyrocketed. Today I received an email that Wawa is reducing the expiration date on points. I hope a Quick Chek opens in EB or Milltown soon to give Wawa some competition. For now, I’ll be avoiding Wawas in general.

Came in for dinner and there were no people to help on the floor. The person who was making my food was very unfriendly. Pelin is unpleasant. Even asked a question and just got a look . Made me feel uncomfortable. The food itself was good but the friendliness left alot to be desired. I don’t feel comfortable getting frowned at all the time.

I come here each night on my way to work. The people there are super friendly and helpful and they keep it nice and clean. Katie was very helpful and friendly. Not all wawastores are the same this one is a very friendly one.

I ordered a 6 meal deal and a bagel. I went to kiosk and got a error. I went to the cashier who I gave two tickets to. I paid for my food and then proceeded to get my food. Erin (male) stated you didn’t pay for ticket 124. I was humiliated that he insinuated I was trying to steal a bagel in front of the entire store. I then asked for a refund. Erin’s disposition was disgraceful and disappointing as a Wawa manager.

I JUST NEEDED to come here and help others steer away from this experience very uncomfortable experience I had at this location. I stopped by recently and was met with extremely rude and unsettling behavior from KATIE!
She was staring at me in a way that made me feel judged and unwelcome the entire time I was there. It honestly felt like I was being suspected of something for no reason at all.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it’s made me hesitant to ever return to this Wawa. On top of that I was surprised to find there were no restrooms available which added to the frustration.
I hope this is addressed seriously. No customer should feel targeted or uncomfortable when grabbing a drink or snack. Katie’s behavior needs to be reviewed because this isn’t how Wawa is supposed to treat its guests where employees yap about customers and try to harass them with stares and judgmental eyes.
Do better WaWa.

Went all the way to Wawa today to get a gobbler bowl for my wife who wasn’t feeling well. Firstly, they didn’t have any regular mashed potatoes so we opted for the sweet potato base which she informed me is WAY TOO SWEET. Secondly, I got home and my wife said, “ok so where’s the Turkey and the gravy?” Wawa team just plumb forgot to include it in the bowl so my sick wife got a bowl full of too sweet potatoes and gravy and some cranberry sauce. Wow Wawa what happened here!? Really disappointed. Make sure you check your order before leaving and that includes digging through the bowl!
