Came in to get some cake pops and a hot chai they call my name and there is just a bag no drink so I ask “hey is my drink still coming” the girl behind the counter says “shit I forgot” and starts quickly making it, a few minutes later puts the cup on the counter it looks fine I take a sip and it is ice cold, so I say “hey this is cold it’s supposed to be hot” and it was in the hot cup. She grabs the cup pours it into a large metal cup to warm it, and says “here…my bad” was horrible customer service I felt like an inconvenience and like wanting what I ordered was too much but if I’m spending almost $50 on only a few things they should be right. What a bad experience I go to this Starbucks daily, the morning crew is MUCH better than evening.
Also no cozies for hot drinks is wild

I normally go through Drive-Thru when I come to this location and the baristas are always so kind. But lately I have been coming in at night to study & every single time that I have come in the night crew baristas are always so kind & very welcoming! I see them working hard & making those connections even when it’s busy. 100/10 <3

I was on.my way back from work. I was so thirsty. I just wanted water. The guy told me no free water. I had to buy something at least. I always get free water at other Starbucks. Plus I spend money here weekly. I was so thirsty and upset. Plus I do deliveries for this company. I didnt have my wallet on me. I forgot it at home.

If you want the worst starbucks drink come to this location! Every time we come to this starbucks the drinks are always made bad! They always taste like water. Don’t they supposedly have the measurements to all the drinks! This was the last time giving this location a chance!

Normally I’m all for stopping, but for whatever reason, today 11/21, the staff decided to “open late”. This was told to me after I sat in drive through with multiple cars for 20 minutes or so starting at 3:45 when they open at 3:30. A sign woulda been nice before I wasted my time.

I visited the Starbucks on August 26, 2025. There’s a young guy that works at the window. He’s been there for the last two days he rushes so fast that when you pull up to the window, he hand you your drinks first while you’re trying to ask him to scan the QR code for your points and then he right after asked for the payment without scanning the QR code. I didn’t like that please bring the curly hair guy back to the drive-through window because this dude does not know what he’s doing. I spent 26 bucks and I didn’t get any points for my purchase.

20 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the lobby. No excuses that was horrible this morning. I can’t blame the morning rush because you have it every morning. Do better you’re staffed for it.
