The most beautiful cake I’ve ever had for my Birthday! My Husband ordered this cake with very vague instruction, other than Vanilla, and it was for a birthday with my name included. What was created was amazing!!! The packaging, the details on the cake were incredible and it was so delicious!! I’m locked in for a Ribbon Box cake each year now! The whole experience was top notch! OMG, you can just smell the deliciousness when approaching the building from outside!!! The butter cream is amazing, but they do pile it on, so if you don’t like sweets, I would definitely scrape some off before taking a bite. The cookies and cupcakes are baked to perfection! Received a ton of compliments on my son’s bday cake & cupcakes.

I was visiting from Cleveland today. This shop is amazing! The wonderful smells from the fresh baked goods hit you as soon as you walk in the door! They have a big variety of cupcakes and cookies that you can purchase from the case. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and very helpful and packaged my cupcakes with care.

I cannot say enough good things about The Ribbon Box! We’ve had their cupcakes many times before and they never miss. Most recently, we ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes from them and they were such a hit! We went with a classic vanilla cake and lemon, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate chip, and banana cupcakes – everyone loved them! The staff is super friendly, kind, and communicative! Have had treats from here before, from a friend, but finally got to go myself! We got cookies and cupcakes and both were delicious and beautiful! We also really like the cake cups that are served by the bakery, they are the perfect amount for two to share (they have a cute name that is currently totally slipping my mind). Service was friendly and the variety of cupcakes was great. We also got the cutest sugar cookies as well.
