Waters Table in Renton is phenomenal! The stunning lake views set the tone for an elegant, relaxing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, the drink menu is fantastic, and the food was outstanding. We loved the clams in wine sauce, and my fried chicken (with an everything bagel swap) was perfect. Can’t wait to return!

Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park is absolutely beautiful making it a day trip for everyone!

It has so much to offer!

There are several walking trails, a gorgeous playground for kids, and plenty of bathrooms for convenience.

You’ll also find a lake where you can swim, sunbathe, or even go fishing, and more.

food options in the park, there are two great restaurants right on site—
1. Ivar’s Seafood Bar
2. Kidd Valley, which serves one of the best burgers around. (My pick)

Next door is the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport, making the location even more convenient. *** Where you can go for more upscale luncheon, or dinner into the restaurant & bars and they have jet skis, and more!

The park also has a designated bird-watching area, adding to the natural beauty and charm.

With tennis and volleyball courts, plus plenty of picnic tables for family gatherings or events, there’s something here for everyone.

The only downside is that dogs aren’t allowed

With all the geese around, you’ll need to watch out for “goose bombs” in the grass.

Still, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors, relax, and make lasting memories.

The service was great. Our server did not let us lift a finger. She was so sweet and constantly checked in on us. And even upgraded our table to a larger one to accommodate that the butchers block we ordered would take up 75% of the table. We went too late at night so we could not enjoy the view much inside but I know during the day or even at sunset it would be so breathtaking. We went and sat on the lower deck outside so we could enjoy the view up close.

The food/ wine was a bit overpriced for what it was but given it’s in a hotel and the waterfront view, the pricing makes sense.

The butchers block we ordered was decent. It was 250 for 3 cuts of steak and a bone marrow with different butters and 2 sides which was pretty reasonable for what it was. The flavors of the butter were a bit overwhelming but still delicious.

The truffle mac was amazing! One of my favorite things I ordered.

My partner enjoyed the marbled potatoes, I thought they were okay.

The matcha milcrepe was bland and almost flavorless. Similar to wet communion crackers. you get a hint of matcha and the other flavors in my opinion sort of clashed with the desert.

We ordered bread service as an appetizer but it did not come in until later in the meal which was a bit of a bummer because we had already made a dent in our butchers block and we could have honestly gone without. If I wasn’t overwhelmed with all the butter options from the steak the butter would have been good but I honestly wished it was just plain butter.

Overall id maybe come again for the views and experience and will probably try to make it in for a brunch/lunch or sunset dinner.

I had a drink at the bar. (If you’re staying at the hotel, it’s a free Cab or Sauvignon Blanc) and met some new friends. The service was great!

After that, I met a buddy for dinner. We sat on the heated porch, watched the sky change with the sunset, saw seaplanes land, and boats arriving for dinner. This place is beautiful and full of life. Honestly, I’m not a Hyatt person, but I would/will be if life takes me to this part of Seattle-metro! Great hotel, restaurant, and bar.

I didn’t take the customary photos and videos. Well I took one at 8p-ish in late September.

I’ll be back!

Last time we ate at Waters Table, we were a little dissapointed. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t consistent with previous stays. Happy to say everything was great and consistent for the three days we enjoyed breakfast there. My only request is they bring back the prawn tacos. They were so good and in my humble opinion, much better than the crab options. Service and atmosphere were great as usual. We had dinner here on Saturday night which was also very good other than the barley salad, but staff was quick to remove it from our bill when I told them it wasn’t very good (under dressed and the barley was more like oatmeal). Also enjoyed drinks and the Superbowl on Sunday. Devina took great care of us, and we always enjoy her helping us. Overall great and we will be back.

Waters Table is a fantastic spot with sweeping views of the south end of Lake Washington and Bellevue skyline. Food is consistent and service is great. But PLEASE bring back the coconut yogurt berry granola for brunch! It was a hit with everyone in our group and every time we come back in, we request it. Please return to the house-made yogurt we all loved!

Amazing views and tasty food at a high cost. Went for brunch with friends and got mimosas and a hamburger. Was $50+ for hamburger and a drink. We made a reservation and got seating right away. The outside seats are the best on a nice day, you really are right on the water. Lots of options on the brunch menu and amazing looking seasonal drinks.

Perfect! We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and had a wonderful peaceful time. Our server Nancy was PERFECT. Not to chatty, but friendly. Gave great recommendations and spoke genuinely highly of food and restaurant integrity. The french fries are perfect. The seasoning on the burger was perfect. The fried pork chop was tender and perfect. Can’t wait to get back there again with the whole family. Thank you Nancy!
