Fun, casual atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing, flavorful food! The vegan pad Thai was generous and beautifully plated with enough leftover for another entire meal. The eggplant tofu dish was rich and flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. The veg section of the menu is plentiful and is careful to avoid fish products. Our server was anticipatory, attentive and authentic. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I took my mum for her her birthday dinner to tonight. The food was great. The service could of been a little better. We were not offered utensils until after the food came out and we asked them. I got food that was meant for chopsticks but had to also ask for them. Which i found interesting. We had several containers to go but were not offered a bag until we asked for it. Overall it was a great meal and we will definitely come back. Hopefully next time the service will be. A lil better. But the staff overall was super friendly

Tonight was a COMPLETE LET DOWN.
The Long Island Ice Tea tasted like Strait Sours Mix. Could not taist Alcohol at all.
My Honny Tried to Drink his .I took only 2 sips of mine .
It was So Sour I asked your Waitress if our drinks were actually Long Island Ice Teas.
She Asured us they were definitely Long Island Ice Teas.
Possibly the Bartender made it with to much Sours Mix & if I wanted they could add more Pepsi. Our Waitress was Extremely HELPFULL. She Took my drink back to be Fixed .
When I tried it again ; it Still didn’t taist Anything like A long Island Ice Tea.
She offered to take it off our bill.
I told her no because I would Deal with it.
Then Our Food came.
The Food Was Extremely Salty & The Orange chicken was dried out Hard .Like it had sat under warmer then Orage sauce added.
After only a few Bites ;
I APOLOGIZED to My Honny that This Meal Is So Bad .
He agreed it was The worst Long Island he’d Ever had .
And the Food Was A Major Disappointment.
But Again
OUR WAITRESS WAS 100 % GREAT.

We were told there would be a 10 minute wait, so we waited , no parties left while we were waiting and when we were taken to our booth the seating area was less than 1/3 full. So why the 10 minute wait?
Next we ordered drinks which was normal , then we ordered our meals with an appetizer. After 1 and a half hours , 3 of 4 dishes came and I asked about our appetizer, waitress apologized and said she forgot it. Then when she brought it out we asked for refills on our waters and drinks . She did that, and said is everything OK then? I said we are still missing the fourth plate, For which she apologized again , then slow to bring it back. All plates were cold by the time they were served. It was really disappointing, and service was as bad as we have ever received at a restaurant. I was so excited to try this newer restaurant, but sadly so disappointed. Cold food and a ghost waitress.

My Auntie + I hadn’t seen each other in several years + when she asked where my favorite place on the South Hill was, without a doubt I said let’s meet at Thai Bamboo!!! The food ALWAYS hits, I love the atmosphere, + the servers are top notch! We had Diana as our server tonight + she was wonderful as always, being very attentive to our every need, often before we even made certain requests. I always leave feeling happy + full with food leftover + already excited for my birthday reward in March! Thanks Thai Bamboo!!

Great food with so many flavorful options to choose from. Fresh. Pretty fast service whether you’re dining in or getting take-out. You can call in an order ahead of time. Staff is helpful and friendly. I’ve only had one experience with (bone in chicken that wasn’t supposed to be) The manager was very apologetic,went over and above to rectify and make sure we were taken care of and happy We were pleased and continue to order here!
