Came here randomly for Sunday lunch last week—no wait but we opted to sit at the bar. Food was AMAZING!! To start, the Clam Chowder was so delicious. We enjoyed the Connecticut Lobster Roll and Wild Ross Sea Chilean Sea Bass—lobster roll was full of lobster chunks and the sea bass was so soft and buttery. Also, their Caesar Salad is one of the best I’ve ever had! Drinks were good, and service was great!
Note: they are not a part of Caesars so they don’t take Caesars drink vouchers.

Today, we’re experiencing Water Grill in Caesars. I love this location because you can eat and get some great shopping at the same time. The restaurant was decked out beautifully for Christmas, and they even decorated our table for our anniversary, which was super sweet.
The complementary bread is OK but it’s a little bland and tough. The margarita Verde is one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! The cucumber and pepper just makes it, highly recommend!
The oyster sampler was fantastic. These definitely rank in the top three restaurants for oysters that I’ve ever had.
The fish and chips were really great. The fish was crispy on the exterior and soft and flaky on the inside.
The ribeye steak was fantastic and super flavorful, I also really enjoyed their little side salad.
All in all, this one gets 4.2 out of five stars!

Christian is THE most wonderful server I have ever had the pleasure of being graced by. She is wonderfully entertaining and attentive and generous. She cared for us and made our experience amazing. Oh and the food was wonderful too. The steaks were great, shellfish was great too. Big Eye Tuna was amazing. No one had room for dessert.

I am a local and frequent this location three to four times a year. For being in a Casino the food is amazing, it’s like your seaside but in Vegas. I am from northern CA and have had seafood in Monterey and San Francisco growing up, when I am here at the Water Grill I feel like I am really on the coast. The interior is amazing with ropes suspended from the ceiling like you on an old ship sailing the Atlantic. The food is great, my wife loves the Oysters and sushi, and I like the Fish & Chips and Clam Chowder, ask for the bread and butter if the server doesn’t offer it. The fish and chips is served on a wooden board….its really great seafood. Don’t go to the usual touristy places like Gordon Ramsey’s and Carmines…get an original meal here. Sit at the bar if you can in front of the guys shucking the oysters and prepping the plates…it is very entertaining while you eat.

This restaurant was the best we’ve had in Vegas. As a seafood lover, I was thrilled to find a place that catered to my cravings. The octopus was incredibly delicious, and the crab was equally impressive. The sherry they served was perfectly balanced and complemented the flavors of the dishes. The ambiance was unique and captivating, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. If you ever find yourself in Vegas, I highly recommend making a stop at this restaurant.

Seafood haven!! As a huge seafood lover I’m so glad we went to this restaurant!! So underrated!
Excellent food with a very reasonable price. The service is very good, easy to get to and although we did not make a reservation we entered quickly.
We order a lot of drinks and the raw seafood including oysters.
From lobster to sea urchin, it’s all perfect! Delicious! Definitely one of Vegas’ best kept secrets.

We were greeted with a warm friendly staff and seated promptly. The decor of the restaurant is nicely done with nautical feel to it. The raw bar on display with seafood on ice is well presented.
The bread and whipped butter to start was amazing. I had the calamari with 2 sauce. It was fresh, hot and crispy. We tried the 5 cheese macaroni and cheese. It was Devine but a heavy side dish. We had lobster with clarified butter cooked to perfection.
Be sure to try their specialty drinks. I had the margaritas and it delicious.
5 stars from me and a must go if in Vegas.

The Shigoku oysters were amazing. I also tried the wedge salad with bacon and Bleu cheese ,it is a whole head of lettuce those so it is huge portion. I also got the Lobster roll Connecticut style as the bread is toasted and the lobster meat is also warmed and buttered. Served with fries and crispy pickles.

The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant felt very comfortable. The clam chowder came out quickly and was delicious, but the sushi roll that followed took about twenty minutes. When I tried to pick up the roll, it fell apart easily, which made it difficult to eat. Still, I think I will come back again.

Lots of non-traditional seafood with whole fish and crustaceans available. A lovely restaurant with fresh tanks and long raw bar and variety of selections. Sourdough rolls were a nice surprise as was the organic vodka used in the martini. Good was good and plentiful.
