In an increasingly turbulent and fickle restaurant world where they come and go, it’s rare to find this caliber of hospitality and decadence that endures the test of decades. The reason is clear, currently the third generation of the same family passionately oversee and operate the establishment. You will likely find the owner there any given weekend, as did we. Each table is met with a team of efficient and doting attendants, in and out exactly when you need them and always nearby. The decor is truly timeless and opulent, an ode to the old Hollywood charm that must have once existed in these parts. Live jazz music persists. Dinner enchants. My wish is that nothing change here for future years.

Unbelievable that R Reviews would give this unique & magnificent restaurant 2stars. Some people can never be pleased. Their joy is found in being miserable or complaining. I hope people reading negative reviews will focus on the positive ones, as they are more accurate. I come from a generation where quality and excellence was the norm. The food, dessert & coffee – delicious, superb quality, & excellent flavors. The Chilean sea bass accompanied with a delectable sauce, kale, veggies, black rice was superb. Wally’s is iconic & classic, evoking yesteryear. The atmosphere – definitely a step back in time of elegance, genuine personalized service and attention, beautifully decorated with etched mirrors, soft lighting, white linens, waiters with crisp white shirts, black tie & vest. The overall dress attire is classy – rare these days. Tony B., a talented musician provided lovely soft background music. In essence our evening was memorable – the entire experience was extraordinary. Please never change. Thank you to the staff for making our evening unforgettable.

When it comes to the style, it is far from outdated! This is one of those restaurants that is your TIMELESS, CHIC AND CLASSIC STYLE! Which means it’s never gonna change and it never goes out of style and it’s one of the reasons I love it so much you don’t find this level of elegance at places anymore!
Madalyn, her father and mother run this place so well and treat every person in a personal manner so they feel the most welcome!
Yes, it’s pricey, but the food is so worth the price. I have never been disappointed with a single meal or menu item that I have ordered every time I come here. We have been coming faithfully for four years now since we discovered this wonderful restaurant.!

The desserts loaded with flavor and high-quality cream made from scratch every day. I came here on 2/6/25 on the last night of a week-long business trip and man, what a way to end the trip!
I remember the fancy dining chain, The Velvet Turtle, growing up and this restaurant was made by the guy who created that chain. The restaurant was beautifully decorated inside and they had a live singer for entertainment who did an amazing job.
The service was TOP NOTCH. As a solo diner I was presented with two table options, including one that had a view of the entire restaurant, which is the one I took. It was the right choice, such an amazing restaurant and such incredible detail in the design and furnishing.
The service team was excellent. In addition to the server and his assistant, the manager was constantly coming around to make sure everyone in the restaurant was well taken care of, to take away empty plates, etc.
I started with their “Autumn Salad” which was very good, even the tofu, and I had their filet for my main course. Everything was delicious and I’d absolutely recommend coming here.
They do have valet parking up front and there is plenty of options for those not wishing to valet.
Along the wall in the hallway to the restroom they have plaques going back at least 15 years without a break signifying that they are a four Michelin star rated restaurant and it is easy to see why.

LOVE this iconic restaurant!! Highly recommend it. The mushroom soup, shrimp cocktail, chocolate lava cake, I could go on and on!! Most importantly, NICK. We would go back for Nick. He was off the charts amazing. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were perfect. His smile itself deserves a raise!!! The atmosphere, music and decor was a 10 plus! Bravo Wallys and NICK!!!

The dining experience was Great minus a few hiccups from our server’s. Felt like we were forgotten for a while but other than that. Wallys is amazing for our first experience here. Can’t wait to come back. The menu is Great and Andrew did help with Any questions we may have had!! Great job.

Our first time at Wally’s Desert Turtle. An extremely amazing dining experience. The service, the food and the ambiance were all top notch. From cocktails to dessert, every bite and sip was sumptuous, mouthwatering, delicious and left you wanting more. Kudos to the Pastry Chef for perfectly preparing a Chocolate Molten Lava Cake.

Was really looking forward to trying Wally’s for the first time. Decided to try their happy hour before investing a chunk of change for their main dining menu. HUGE disappointment!! Service was great but the carpaccio bites were lacking and the short rib sliders were dry and little rolls were over roasted. The interior is in dire need of a makeover. Very dated with a mix of the ‘80’s and 90’s. After drinks & food and $100 later with tip for 2……Won’t be rushing to try again.

A great experience! The food, the service, and the vibe were amazing. Even though we did have a reservation and showed up on time we did have to wait for 15 minutes for our table. They let us sit in a room that was not being used right near check-in and did allow is to order drinks, so that was nice. Would have been better if they comped a few of them. Our wait person was great and the food was equally as good. Looking forward to going back
