My mom chose this place to celebrate her birthday, so we all gathered to enjoy some good Chinese food. Ling and the other server were accommodating. The food was food, but they said we can only order steamed dim sum if we wanted. Later I guess they made some other dim sum that we could choose from on a cart. My sister is the one who can order food dim sum so she ordered some for the tables (We had to join 2 tables to accommodate our big family).

Great tasting dim sum! Nice looking place inside. Service can slow to come around and it can get a bit crowded on dim sum weekends, but overall worth trying for classic dim sum. Very Chinese clientele.

It’s a typical Cantonese dim sum restaurant, spacious, crowded, noisy and a lot of lights. The ambiance is nice if you’re into this kind of atmosphere. The food was hit and miss, mostly it was good. The big fish on the plate was way over cooked and had lost a lot of flavor. We know this dish well and it was definitely botched somehow. The rest of the dishes were okay, but just average, nothing noteworthy. The service was slow in the beginning but later they became attentive. Overall, it’s okay, but the food didn’t live our expectations.

We went to this place twice in the last two weeks, a typical Cantonese restaurant. It was just opened a few months ago without much fanfare. We saw the notes said twin lobsters promotion for $25 if dine in.

This was our first time. The best part of this restaurant is that the food is authentic not fusion Americanized Chinese food. As a matter of fact be prepared if you don’t Mandarin because it’s hard to find an employee there who speaks fluent English. I’m so glad that I know some basic Mandarin or else our goose would have been cook. Nonetheless, I still give 5 stars because their duck is delicious the flavor is just right.

The oysters were large and the glass noodles mixed wonderfully in the soy sauce for this traditional dish. The fish was absolutely delicious: tender, beautifully sauced, and cut in flowering filets. The duck blood and the scallions complemented nicely; smooth like tofu but with a bit of extra spring to it. The eggplant was the only thing I felt was off: too sweet. Overall, the dishes were a great example of traditional chinese food if you know what to order!

Food is good but the woman who takes the steam cart she is the worst. She stays at one table too long and she has no idea what she has in her cart. She needs to keep running back and forth between table and kitchen which doesn’t make any sense to me. What is the point for you to have your cart when you have nothing inside. And she will never remember what you order and what you are waiting for. If you easily forget that’s what a note pad use for. She doesn’t care I don’t even know why she works here. I feel sad the dim sum here is good since I am a Cantonese but the wait time is SUPER long and even though I am not in a rush I still do not want to waste my time like that. 1 hour to wait shrimp dumplings and end up didn’t get it because she keeps forgetting.

I agree with other reviewers that the food is lukewarm at best and mostly bland. They seem is have missed salt in most dishes but they provide a bottle of soy sauce on every table so I supposed they encourage you to add it yourself. The food quality is average. We went to try their lobster special – 2 small ones for $25, which is not especially cheap. The dish is at least hot but also very bland, no favor but you do taste the slightly sweet lobster taste.

Super busy but a great experience. Lot of hustle and bustle. The smells and sounds make you feel immersed in the experience. The food was awesome. We had a bbq pork sampler and a few other fantastic dishes. Ill up load pics because they are a feast for the eyes and mouth. The have this thing called a durian pancake, you have to try it. Honestly this place is 6 out of 5 stars.

I’ve seen a ton of less than 3 star reviews mainly for the bad service but let me tell you about Hong Kong Style service. This is the way it is. If you are some sensitive snowflake who have never been to Hong Kong Or China, or anywhere else in Asia, you’ll know that they make up for the bad service for good food. Weekends there are always tons of people and lack table service and you know why people pay $100 to $300 dollars for this? Their food is always top notch. It’s good because I’ve had the real deal growing up in Asia and this is 100% authentic flavors imported from Hong Kong and Guangdong. If you are someone looking for good food, come and there’ll be plenty of seats left from those who want good service. I for one would rather tolerate bad table service than having bad food go into my body. But you will only get the good food here, dimsum is my favorite.
