i didn’t want to leave a bad review but warning that the service is really poor. the servers do NOT check on you at all- you basically have to shout or call out to someone random when you want to order. it’s just a really weird experience when you want more food but you keep getting ignored by the staff because theyre not coming near your table. the dim sum cart only came around 2 times and they usually don’t have a lot of variety..
the food is good but a little oily which is to be expected. it’s very spacious inside and lots of room to eat but the service is what ruins everything.

My mom and I saw a video on TikTok of this place and wanted to try it. We’ve been looking for a dim sum place to eat at in Orlando that pushed carts but all the places had the same amount of stars and we were intrigued with the salted egg bun in the video so we wanted to give this a place a try. We did get there at open so it took some time for the food to come out in carts since they were still cooking all the dim sum food. We got 2 orders of shumai since it’s normally my favorite but this shumai had no flavor at all you’re just chewing on bland meat. The pan fried shrimp and chives are my moms favorite normally and we got 1 order of it but it was disappointing, it tasted like it was leftovers that they just refried because it was so oily and mushy not crispy. We also ate eggplant with shrimp, fried shrimp ball, and bean curd rolls all lacked flavor as well. The only thing was okay to eat was the $24 lobster special, we had it cooked in ginger sauce because if you wanted it deep fried with salt and pepper it was an extra $5. Just be careful eating it because there was a lot of small tiny shell pieces and you don’t get a lot. The other table that had also ordered the special before us had a lot of lobster but ours didn’t. The place looks nice for the banquet hall feeling and the large screen playing Chinese music other than that I wouldn’t recommend the food. We spent $90 including tips but keep in mind we didn’t get more food because the amount of oil that was coating our throats wasn’t pleasant so we stopped eating really quickly after a few bites.

Food: I did their push cart Sunday dim sum, it was super fresh, decent portions and you can tell it is homemade (not frozen store bought); their sui mai and shrimp is one of the top 3 I had In Orlando. To me, if they get those two dishes correctly as a foundation, it got me to order items such as their baked buns, steam buns, their bbq pork rice paste and beef rice paste. Their food was not salty and not overpower with pepper. This place is one of the better price dimsum. 5/5
Service: I had no wait time to get sat down. yes their service is still a bit slow but it has improved a lot. I did have the wait for some dim sum dishes to be cooked. I did not mind because it was being done fresh.
The waitresses were actually paying attention to the tables to make sure our tea was refilled, picking up empty dishes, etc. so huge huge improvement 4/5
Atmosphere: the place is much open and nicer. It is less cluster and they light up their stage. They need to add more small tables because 80% are big tables for 6-10 people. It is awkward to sit 3 people in a 10 people table; also it is more cleaning for the waitresses. 4/5
I bumped this up to a 5 star because this place deserves better overall rating. I will start coming back more often for dim sum especially if I have a big group of people

I wouldn’t come here again or recommend it to others. I arrived around 12-12:10pm and my first impression of the place was that it looked outdated and the light fixtures were all over the place. The tea pot looked like it hadn’t been washed, and the spinning glass top on the table was slightly sticky. My plate had some black residue on it that I had to use a napkin to wipe off.
The service was slow and what little workers that were on the floor were talking to one another for an extended amount of time. I understand that the workers could’ve felt overwhelmed with the amount of tables to serve, but they genuinely looked like they didn’t even want to be there.
And finally, the food. It wasn’t good. Many dishes felt under-seasoned and weren’t “constructed” well. For example, the rice noodle rolls were way too thick, it was holding its shape when I picked it up; and the steamed shrimp dumplings had the shrimp paste spewing out.
Overall, I’d save your money for another restaurant that serves dim sum.

It’s a typical Cantonese dim sum restaurant, spacious, crowded, noisy and a lot of lights. The ambiance is nice if you’re into this kind of atmosphere. The food was hit and miss, mostly it was good. The big fish on the plate was way over cooked and had lost a lot of flavor. We know this dish well and it was definitely botched somehow. The rest of the dishes were okay, but just average, nothing noteworthy. The service was slow in the beginning but later they became attentive. Overall, it’s okay, but the food didn’t live our expectations.
