Super charming classic diner. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and asked for the eggs over medium but they came to me over-easy and there was some runny white which I really really hate and I had asked for no runny white. The chicken fried steak was pretty mediocre. The hash browns were really well seasoned and crispy, and the coffee was better than usual diner coffee. The food was fine – but nothing to write home about. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere is totally wonderful. The pace is squeaky clean and if I lived here, this place would be on my list of regulars. I think maybe I just don’t like CB sicken fried steak – this is was the first time in 54 years I’ve ever had it. There were several regulars who were greeted warmly but the staff which was pretty cute. My belly is very full – I’d forgotten about diner potions. There was enough food for three meals for me.

I loved this place when I was in my 20’s. Well it’s been about 20 years since I have been there and I was so excited to finally go back. It’s exactly how I remember. Awesome!!! Cozy, small diner with awesome food and great service. It sits within a quaint neighborhood to boot. Best breakfast Ive had in awhile.

Glad that we finally made our way north to try this spot. When we checked online it said up to a half hour wait but we were seated immediately. It’s a fairly small venue but they can turn the tables quickly with their efficient and accurate kitchen. Staff was super friendly, but maybe to a fault. By that I mean that several of their servers would congregate near two tables of regulars beside us and neglect things like coffee refills and cashing out other tables. That was bothersome for me. I am NEVER that customer who wags his empty coffee cup at a server but I was VERY tempted to do so this day. Mentally I WAS doing that as well as jumping on my chair ti try and break their spell—I’m sure they didn’t even know they were doing it!! As for their food, it was indeed pretty good. Wife loved how the bacon was cooked and her egg over medium-well was also perfect. Nice, too that you can choose either two smaller hotcakes or toast as a side. The chicken fried steak patty however was below average. It’s seriously so easy to bread and fry a cube steak that no one anywhere ever should buy those frozen CFS pucks! Have to say that the prices were on the high side and $3.95 for coded is the highest I’ve seen in town (but in their defense, it is locally toasted and pretty good coffee).

Excellent service and breakfast! The bacon was a rare treat… four big slices of thick cut perfectly cooked, the sour dough bread was soft and buttery, and the chef actually knows how to cook eggs overmedium correctly. I’ll be back!

Went there on a Friday about 10:30 am. Their food was very good- taste wise, as well as cooked nicely. Not too crisp, not too over-cooked but just right, eggs, bacon, crispy potatoes. Goodly sized portion. Their service was very prompt and nice people there. Did not act like we were bothering them but we felt welcome.

We went there for the first time on a Sunday morning around 10:30. It was busy, but we didn’t wait longer than 20 minutes, which isn’t too bad. We got the Greek scramble with fruit on the side, eggs benedict with toast and a beyond denver scramble with cakes on the side. The food was just ok. I make breakfast at home that tastes better and for far less money. The service was great, friendly staff, prompt coffee refills, frequently checked in on us and brought the bill without us waiting at all. Cute place, great customer service but food quality lacked.

Cute & clean diner. Friendly staff. The chicken chipotle sandwich was tasty and filling; the Greek omelet was small and had avocado but no olives (surprising). A bit pricey. Parking is a bit limited.

This place is a nice little hole in the WALL…pun intended. It has a nice little room. Cozy but not more than 30 ppl would be crowded. Food was great, little above average breakfast cost but quantity is good, coffee not so much, but all in all pretty well rounded place.
