So good we returned the following day for ‘seconds’ . Lovely fresh haddock cooked fresh to order with light crispy batter as good as any I’ve ever tasted. Nice fresh chips cooked very well, very nice mushy peas with a good consistency. Curry sauce went really well with the fish and the chips. Rounded off with a pot tea with a pot of water and a jug of milk which gave me about four cups of very nice tea. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in Sutton on Sea or even Mablethorpe which is ten minutes drive away.

First time trying Waldo’s and very impressed. Fish a little greasy and batter a bit torn but flavour was great and Haddock super fresh. Chips lovely and mushy peas very good indeed well seasoned. Good value too would definitely return next time I am on the Lincolnshire Riviera.

Always a great quality fish and chips, very fresh, staff batter the fish in front of you to order, great selection of canned drinks in the fridge, there’s lots of seating outside but it does get busy, there’s parking directly outside but if that’s full, the supermarket just round the corner gives you 1 hour parking so just buy some beer and your sorted.

After a long walk on the beach, food was needed and what better way to stop the hunger pangs than fish & peas? Cod was lovely, flaky white flesh and good batter. The leas were excellent too, hubby had a cod roe which he was very impressed with. All finished off with a can of D&b. £15 for the lot – excellent value too!
