Wow this felt like the most Kansas place in the world, glad I stumbled upon as it may be a must visit for fast food connoisseurs. Mushroom Swiss burger almost has a gravy feel to it. Be still my beating heart. But actually you should worry about that here.

I was going to check my carry out order before I left but having worked many years in fast food myself I just assumed they did, but they did not. I had to return to 30th street Spangles after having traveled south of 4th to the house. When I got back to my food it was cold. Nothing like having to microwave fries and a burger–the food was disgusting. I will not waste my time or money at Spangles again. There were no other customers in the restaurant, I am writing this review at 3:30 pm, they were not even busy in the drive thru.

We were very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best.. greasy and overcooked. The prices were crazy. Employees seemed depressed. I don’t blame them, the whole atmosphere just seemed sad.

Love Spangles ice cream! We had a Reeses shake and a peanut mudslide. Both are smalls which is plenty.
