Food was gross and I did not get my full order and what I did get was incorrect- donuts were stale too. Employees were taking personal calls and not paying attention to customers during a busy time.

So customer service sucked. I’m not the type of person to complain about all that either. I was also charged for protein milk when they specifically said they were out. I then asked if I was still being charged for the protein milk. She huffed looked at the bill and then didn’t tell me the total and I paid for something I didn’t even get.
Soooo again, I get customer service jobs suck, but charging people for stuff you don’t give them isn’t ok.

Interactions with customers are probably 90 seconds or less on average. The fact the customer service can’t be positive for that short period is just negligent. Maybe employees need a better working environment, or better training, or maybe they just need better employees.

I was very excited when this Dunkin first popped up! Compared to the other ones in the area it was great!
But as time has gone on this place has become very very hit or miss, completely inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is perfect, sometimes it’s super sour and sometimes it’s super watery. Sometimes the food is perfect, but most of the time it’s thrown together and cold. I’ve never had an issue with the pastries or donuts though.
I don’t think anyone goes to Dunkin expecting 5 star coffee, but it’s become a complete waste of money. I really enjoyed coming here while it was good 🙁

On my way home from Achilles Foot and Ankle thought to make a stop to get my favorite drink to feel better and the worker was very rude plus customer pulled out of line and said to me lady you are holding the line up . As well the worker made a mistake and forgot to put banana cold on my Frozen matcha and so she went back and fixed it. Before this she had knocked over my drink and bags of donuts plus breakfast croissants . I could pick up she was having a rough day and seem to be the only worker . I told her have a wonderful day no reply and no look at all . I am disappointed with the poor customer service and my frozen Matcha had melted as well .
