We stop this Waffle house just about every week. We have always had a great experience. Tonight the cook was loud talking about her daughter. The possibility the she might be one of the bodies found in Paducah. I myself have lost a son this my memories come crashing back. I couldn’t eat. Enough said.

We stop here fairly often. Lately there have been a huge group of kids hanging out there. I agree with the waitress that its better that they are there than in the streets BUT it is very disruptive to the patrons that come there to eat when they are making all kinds of noise and cutting up.

Our waitress Crystal was very sarcastic and in a hurry. I ordered the All-Star with hash browns and bacon. I asked for the bacon to be cooked but not crispy. She said I was being difficult. I was going to order my hash brown covered smothered and chunked but never got the chance. My wife ordered her breakfast and asked that there be no onions in her hash browns, the waitress sarcastically answered you didn’t order onions you won’t get onions, we clean our grill. She was also going to order bacon but the waitress walked away before she could order. When we got our food the bacon was cooked beyond what I would eat so I offered it to my wife who likes crispy bacon, she said the bacon was burnt on the ends and was too done for her. The first thing my wife saw in her hash browns was an onion and she said her hash browns tasted like onion. I guess they forgot to scrape the grill and put fresh oil on it.

Food is good as always, the waiter acted like he did not want me there. I went in at 4 am while passing by traveling for the military. Doing a normal breakfast stop like most people do. Ik some people do no support the military but I expect some what good service. Again at 4 am half asleep I asked for pancakes ( of course they do not sell pancakes ) he gets hatful and sarcastic “ this is a Waffle House”. I’m sitting here in my booth listening to him make fun of me to the other waitress. Never said a word. I still try to thank him for my drink my food and he does not look at me or says anything. Just throws the receipt on the table and trying to get away!
This is the 2 or 3 time I have stopped at the Benton KY location. And EVERY TIME it something. I do not recommend this one.

Sat inside for approx 10 minutes with 2 customers inside. The waitress’s washed dishes and never spoke or said we will be with you in a minute or anything. Two more customers came in they got waited on and then two more. I had enough and left.

Me and my friend eat at Waffle House at least once a week, and we absolutely love it! The workers there are so sweet and funny, they always make us feel welcome. The food is always super filling and delicious. We especially love going during the 11pm to 3am shift—it’s the best vibe! Waffle House is definitely our go-to spot.

I had placed a online order which showed a pickup in 45 mins so 30 mins later I went in they was not busy just standing around I told them I was there to pickup my order which they had not even started then when I was told by the guy said sorry we are out of bags ok no big deal but when I got home the food I had ordered wasn’t the way I had asked in my order I asked for Hashbrowns with onions, mushrooms, and cheese, didn’t get it. The waffles was both plain one was supposed to be blueberry and the bacon on the pattymelt Was raw I loved going here because it’s one of the cleanest waffle houses but the girl that was cooking clearly didn’t wanna cook anything After Spending $50 you would think you could get the food the way you want it. It’ll be a while before I go back.
