Best place, really friendly. I made a mistake on my order when getting my mom’s coffee, she is diabetic and I put regular sugar when I ordered. They remade it without complaints and were amazingly understanding.

I NEVER write reviews, this might be my first in years. The woman working drive through this morning was horrible! She snipped an attitude at me when I asked a question about an item that was no longer pictured on the menu. I asked why pricing was added onto a product I was having substituted in my drink and that apparently upset her more. Responding with I don’t make the prices. I’m aware and nor did I hound her about the pricing just said I’d rather not make the modification to my drink then. I proceeded to the window and not a single word was spoken to me just irritated stares. Then basically hollered at me to have a great day while slamming the sliding window shut. I understand everyone might not be having a good day so to give grace but that was inexcusable attitude.

I order here at least twice a week. For the past few months, they are CONSTANTLY out of everything. For example, just plain iced coffee. They have been out of this multiple times. My daughter always gets the pink drink. They’ve also been out of it several times. The service is great and the drinks taste great and are made perfect WHEN THEY ARE AVAILABLE. A lot of my coworkers go by and they’ve also ran into the same problem. You’re losing A LOT of service in the mornings by not keeping even the basics in stock. Iced coffee is something a coffee shop should never run out of.

I hardly ever do google reviews however I couldn’t pass up on providing feedback from the amazing customer service I received from Mark or Mike. I can’t remember for sure if it’s Mike or Mark but he’s a shift lead/manager. Starbucks is truly blessed to have you! I hope you exceed in all your endeavors! I waited on one drink for 35 minutes. I placed a mobile order through the app. When I arrived, the lobby was closed so I went through the drive through to pick it up. I was told it wasn’t ready. She asked me to pull up and someone would bring it out to me. Nobody ever came. I had to walk up to the drive through window to be helped. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks location and I spend a lot of money here. Won’t be back to this location.
