I come here all the time and the food and staff quality is going down. This morning, picked up my breakfast sandwiches, checked to see if everything looks right. One sandwich was missing bacon, so told the kitchen staff and asked for bacon added to the sandwich. She apologized in an angry voice and with an attitude. Asked if there was a problem, she said ‘ now you are complaining about my voice? I’m doing you a favor here, lady!’ First of all, she isn’t doing me a favor, she is the one who can’t follow instruction making a simple sandwich. She would not stop yelling, so I asked for manager. While I was trying to talk to the manager, she stood there still yelling. Manager tried to stop her, but wouldn’t stop. I don’t know if she was having a bad morning, but I don’t care. This location’s manager and kitchen staffs keep changing and the quality is never consistent.

Delicious!! It was a pretty full restaurant being connected to a shopping centre.. but still had quick and friendly service. Had a Cobb Salad and a French Onion Soup/Asian Chicken Salad Combo. So good! 4 star because the ambience wasn’t as pleasant inside with the mall noise.
