It’s is absolutely pathetic that these places can not even get something simple correct We are over the road truckers and stop to grab food so we can eat as we keep moving. Well, that really sucks when you find out when you’re down the road that they got your toddlers order incorrect. This is just another reason why I believe that these employees are overpaid for a job that is not difficult. They were told 3 times that it needed to be light ketchup ONLY and they were able to put it into the register correctly, but the back whom are making the food obviously have a hard time reading or are fully unable. The pictures attached will show the pure laziness and absent mindedness of these employees. This location was not busy or overly crowded to where I may understand an accidental mix up, but they are clearly marked “special” but there was nothing special about them. This is completely unacceptable and we will NEVER return to this location, as well as advise all others that this location is unable to perform simple tasks correctly. Again, this is absolutely ridiculous and now my toddler will probably not eat the food we just spent money on. Waste of money and our time, not to mention now having a hungry upset toddler to add to the mix. Thanks Hardee’s Employees

First time going to this Hardee’s. Came through west union on work trip and got a 5 piece chicken tenders with a small fries and drink. The fountain drinks were deluded and i tried 3 drinks(cherry coke, mello yellow, and barqs root beer) The chicken was supposed to be fresh and hot as per what the workers told us but they were mildly warm at best and my friend only got 4 tenders, they had us wait for 10 minutes for them as well. The fries were actually pretty good. Hot and fresh with good amount of salt. The place was not busy at all, with only 5 elderly people sitting. And 2 cars in drive thru. Visited at 3pm.

Great breakfast, biscuits and gravy was amazing, best coffee in town.. Kendra was super friendly. Love the atmosphere and I will be back! Kendra showed me the Hardees app now we get some better discounts.

It’s fast food, but the original bag gives you two sandwiches, Fries and a medium drink for $8. Ordering online is easy with the app and service is fast!

I went through the drive-thru and was very specific about my order. When I got my order and started driving it was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. I am allergic to ketchup and that was the only thing they put on it! I was already miles away so I threw it out!

Got breakfast for the first time ever and was not disappointed. The worker was very friendly and very quick with our order. The food was hot and crispy even after a 10 minute drive home. Will grab breakfast from here again if I’m in the area.
