I love the Waffle House. Food is always good. Service is excellent and the staff are always friendly. How they do it is beyond me. I don’t imagine they pay their staff any better than other fast food places but they always seem to take pride in working there and always make you feel like a regular.

The waitress was super sweet & attentive. I did feel bad for her because while she was clearing a table she dropped a couple of plates that broke. Her coworkers just stood there & watched. One of her coworkers started the slow clap rather than help her clean it up & ease her embarrassment. I mentioned to her that I was a little put off that no one helped her clean up & she responded that they never do because she is always dropping things. It was a sad moment…

Comfort food at its best this place is wonderful great service great foods like most of them they really do have a good standard I don’t think I’ve ever been anyone that has any different they all have the same taste so it’s something you know it’s going to taste the same when you go there I highly recommend this one y’all have a good evening and God bless you

Terrible customer service from Clarice I believe was her name. Wasn’t polite at all, didn’t check on us like she should and seemed as if she did not want to serve us! We felt as if we were a problem and looked over. Maybe she was having a bad day but home life should stay at home, highly disappointing i don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Love this Waffle House down but KELLY … the man with a women name is very rude. Please don’t come on his shift unless you want a bad attitude. I’m sorry but we choose our jobs, you should’ve chose something you liked instead pissing people off whose spending money at your restaurant. Love the ladies tho! Really sweet, really professional.

Stopped by there during the storm and was told the food was 10% up charged due to the weather, might I add they had quite a bit of customer. When we asked do they do discounts for first responders fees we were told no I dont’t think so . That was the first and the last time I will ever stop by that establishment again, well honestly I will not eat at a Waffle House again especially if that is how they do their customers and also first responders.
