In 2012, Ben & Krystal Harman opened The Fieldhouse on Minnesota Avenue, a quiet street nestled in downtown Billings. The pair had long dreamt of a restaurant that served simple, yet delicious whole foods grown nearby. As the culture of sustainability has continued to take root, The Fieldhouse community has grown. Today – locals, travelers, foodies and families alike – all flock the restaurant for special events, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The Fieldhouse is more than a place to eat – it’s a community.

Incredible food and flavors. Excellent staff and lovely wine choices. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Each item had unique but not over the top flavors that complimented each other. Clean, hip ambiance. Over all great vibe and everything you want in a nicer restaurant.

I don’t recommend the ramen (the pork was fatty, the stock was salty, and the eggs were served cold), but the brussel sprouts were awesome and my partner enjoyed his chicken sandwich enough. The space is cool and we liked the focus on a locally and seasonally sourced menu. Service was okay (we got a little attitude). Prices were fine. It’s nice to see Billings offering more places like this.

Veeeeery nice and chill place. We had brunch on a Tuesday, no one was there when we came in but it quickly filled up. The menu was quite unique. I ordered the tuna salad and my husband ordered beef tartar and the burger! Tuna was a bit dry as for me but everything else was sooo good.

My daughter chose this for her birthday dinner. Soooo glad she did! We were hoping for more new Spring menu items that didn’t appear to be all available yet. What we did get was great service and super duper mouth-watering food anyway! The result was me eating too much…mmm

Outstanding. This was my third visit. We had a reservation through Open Table and we were seated upon arrival. It was restaurant week, but we opted for the ala carte menu. We had the beet salad and brussel sprouts appetizers. Both excellent. The latter could be easily shared. For entrees the table got the burger, ribeye and King salmon. All there were outstanding. For a special occasion remember the Fieldhouse.

If you’re lucky and the chicken sandwich is on the menu – GET IT! Huge portion, had to be 2 thighs on a bun. The dill aioli with the house pickles were incredible. The fries were perfectly cooked and the ketchup must be house made, it had a nice tang to it.

Fantastic food. Chicken Liver Pate was perfectly seasoned and paired well with the rhubarb mostarda. The spring pea and shrimp risotto was phenomenal. More shrimp and veg to rice ratio and the rice was perfectly cooked! Will definitely come back here! Well done.

If you have the chance to go there, do it! It was AMAZING! All of their food was soooo good and I will be eating there every time I come to billings. Their coffee, mimosas, and hot chocolate were also very delicious too! highly recommend!!!
