What is this place my waitress is sleeping I didn’t get a refill on a drink or was even asked if I wanted one…the cook made an omelet that might as well had been dog food with how black it came out like the grill wasn’t cleaned…idk what the deal is with this crew that’s on right now….but this ain’t it…find a better set of people…everyone else that I’ve met that works her has been fine but these two…good god…I’m sorry this is bad…I hope the owner sees this because they gotta fix that…waitress name was Beth I believe

When we walked in, there were several employees behind the counter. As we were seated, we were greeted by a waitress who promptly took our drinks, and food order………. then she, and almost every other employee, disappeared.
They all went outside, leaving this one young man to run both the grille as well as serve in the entire facility.
Tables were not clear, dirty dishes and tables were left all about and those employees decided to just let him fend for himself while they all stayed gone the entire time we sat and ate…… come to find out every single one was outside. Smoking, and talking in vehicles.
Highly inappropriate. Management needs to really come check on this location. It used to be my favorite….. it’s gone downhill as of late and this is a prime example as to why.

A group of us stopped here last week for breakfast and were not disappointed. Some of us were local and some just visiting. So happy my first Waffle House experience was at this location!
We went to another location in Nashville the next day and the service and food wasn’t nearly as good, which was disappointing.

I hate to say this about my beloved Waffle House, this place was nasty. From the bathrooms to the broken seats and the dirty tables and chairs. True story, I was looking to buy a house in the area and we stopped to regroup and check the town out. This Waffle House made me hate Columbia and we are no-longer moving to Columbia.
